Seaside Villa ocean front with pool.

Highly recommend. Top 1% of places we have stayed on Vrbo. The property and house were as described and even better than the pictures could portray. We can’t wait to return!

One of our favorite vacations ever, we absolutely loved this house! The views were breathtaking and to be able to hear the ocean as real “white noise“ every night was surreal and amazing! As well, the owner was so hospitable, communicative and accommodating!

Family was blown away by the location, property, and access to a nice private beach! We saw dolphins and manatees very close to shoreline while my 4yr old daughter was in awe.

Perfect spaces, excellent cleanliness, magnificent ocean view, back yard beach access with very comfortable deck, private peaceful location. Very well equipped kitchen with many utensils , pots, dish wear, spices, etc. very welcoming place.

We so loved our stay. Perfect house, perfect decks, perfect pool and hot tub. Tim was a great host and very responsive.

Fantastic beach location!

This was exactly what we were expecting and hoping for. The location directly on the beach was perfect. The view out the picture windows from the family/living room was amazing. The weather was great - a few evening showers, but wonderful during the day. Nothing beats getting up to watch the sunrise in casual clothes, a few footsteps from the home on the private deck. We even saw a SpaceX launch at night!There were 10 of us who spent a week there, 8 adults, 2 children ages 2 and 3. We also rented the pool house which was great. We paid extra for the heated pool and hot tub, which also was well worth it.There were no issues during our stay. The owner was incredibly responsive, answering messages through the VRBO app usually within an hour or two. The place is well built and nicely decorated. Being able to walk literally 30 steps from the sliding glass door on the home to the private deck, or descend directly to the beach was priceless.There are plenty of beach toys for the kids - our two toddlers had a blast on the beach and in the pool. There is a nature preserve a few miles north with a nice easy 1 mile walking trail, where we saw local flora/fauna. We saw a large turtle on the beach during the day.There is a nice state park less than a mile south, Sebastian inlet, with a wonderful little lagoon where kids can safely wade/swim, and where we got within 10-15 feet of dolphins swimming by. A lot of fishing close by as well.Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

We stayed a week in this beautiful home with an outstanding view of the ocean! No matter where you are you can see the ocean. The little sitting room off the kitchen was a favorite of mine. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub on windier days. The house is well cared for and stocked well. Spices in the kitchen and plenty of pots and pans to cook with. The deck off the main bedroom was great for morning sunrises and evening sunsets. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location right on the ocean. Beach access out your back door. Beautiful views from inside the house from the deck and from the balconies. great property and host !

This was the perfect vacation home! The attention to detail in the decor was very impressive. We cooked most days and found the kitchen very well stocked with pots, pans etc. to meet all of our needs. The views were amazing and we enjoyed the deck, beach, pool and hot tub every day! We had an amazing week and just loved this home and location!

The house has beautiful views right out the front slider. The pool was very nice and enjoyed by the whole family. The deck was a great place to hang out in the evening watching a huge turtle crawl up the beach for nesting. We also were able to see so many stars in the sky while enjoying the sounds and breeze from the ocean. The house has many sitting areas making conversations enjoyable amongst different groups in the family at the same time. The kitchen was the quintessential family gathering place with the center island with the cooktop making it easy for multiple people to share in meal preparation. The kitchen was also fully equipped with all the pots, pans and utensils you will need. It was also well stocked more than any other rental I have stayed in, with hand soap, dish soap, bath towels, beach towels, boogie boards, pool floats and mosquito repellant. Seaside Villa was the perfect place to connect and spend quality time with family and friends. The house had everything we needed to cook, swim, play and relax, and we particularly enjoyed watching the sea turtles nest and play.
