Private Oasis w/ Pool: Walk to Melbourne Beach!

The property was very private and quiet. It was very clean and comfortable.

great house as advertised. well equiped and very clean.pool and landscaping are second to none. If I had to say something bad it is I wish driveway was paved so could walk in bare feet but really just picking. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Perfect place for a beach vacation, just a short walk to the beach in a very quiet neighborhood. We couldn’t ask for anything more. The house was super well equipped with all you might need for your vacation. And super clean! Definitely a place to return!

Comfortable, very clean house in a great location. Our kids loved the pool. Easy walk to the beach and local shops, cafes, restaurants. Lots to do in the area. We lived it!

This house was amazing and exactly what we were looking for a family vacation. We have family near by and it was a perfect location for them to come eat dinner with us and enjoy the outdoors during the day. It was clean - no pet hair in sight during the stay. The landscaping is beautiful. The pool and backyard were stunning and so enjoyable all day long. The home is stocked with whatever you need. Our boys really enjoyed the toys and legos that were there. The beach is so close also. We rented a golf cart (separate through another company) and it was an easy drive a couple of blocks. Easy walk if you have bigger kids. This is the place to stay in the area!!

We loved our stay at this VRBO. The hosts have everything you need for a great vacation on site. The house is gorgeous and the added landscaping at this property provides lots of privacy. We loved the pool as well. The house is walking distance to the pier to the west, the beach to the east and the market and restaurants. Throw some clothes in a carry on and book that flight. Melbourne Beach is a hidden gem you definitely want to experience.

We absolutely loved our stay! The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed. The location is perfect—an easy walk to the beach and local shops. The home was perfect, immaculate and the owner does an amazing job. You can walk to the beach and also to the river to enjoy sunsets. The backyard is perfect for relaxing by the pool. Our family would go back again and again!

Well appointed and contemporary residence with a beautiful back yard. Cool Wayfair appointed kind of vibe. Impressively clean and very comfortable. Walkable distance to both the lagoon (Ryckman Park) and ocean side which is about 2 blocks.

Great place…. this was the best equipped kitchen we have had in 10years of renting… an outside oasis! Owner was quick to solve minor issues… if pool was heated it would be a 10 out of 5… Nice area with less traffic then many….On arrival the unit was very clean… Thanks Justin and Cara!!!

Beautiful clean home in a cute area of Melbourne beach. Walkable distance to beach, shops, multiple restaurants and a market. Lots of modern updates and additions that make the house really stand out. Gorgeous and spacious back yard with various flora and fauna. Large clean pool with a super cool patio/hang out area. Highly recommend staying here and I would 100% stay again.

Hi, and from the time you arrived we felt we came toa 5 Star Resort with all the High End Amenities, fromthe Kitchen that had everything you needed, Bathroomrooms that are well designed, including the Backyard Pool, that you thought you were in this Caribbean Tropical Setting. And what makes this location Special, isyou're Close to Fine Dining in Melbourne, A1A, a Publix Supermarket Near by, Loads of Parks & Beaches to visit, nearby Gas Station, making this a definite place I will come back to & recommend to All.
