We supply hand soap, and a roll of paper towels to get you started with your stay.brbrTHE BATHROOM: Bathroom is a tub/shower combo. We provide a hair dryer, hand soap and a roll of toilet paper. brbrBEACH CLOSET: The beach closet has all the beach-going amenities, including 2 beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler, and beach towels.brbrApollo Condominium has a private gated parking entrance, heated beachside pool, spa/hot-tub, fitness room and 2 tennis courts. brbrLAUNDRY: Washer & dryers are on each floor of the building down the hallway near the elevator. The machines accept coin/credit card payments. brbrThe Apollo also provides an on site beachfront restaurant & bar, called the Sunset Grille located on the first floor where you can enjoy outdoor dining and drinks.brbrDue to the condos 505 square foot size, the maximum allowable people in the condo is 2 PEOPLE ONLY. We want you to be comfortable, not “cramped”. brbrPARKING: The condo complex is gated and requires a parking pass, which you get for a $45 Fee. This fee covers your entire stay. The parking pass will get you an assigned covered parking space. There is also a $75 refundable deposit for the parking pass. This deposit will be refunded from the condo association upon your departure.brbrThe $119 Property Protection fee covers things such as replacing broken/damaged furniture, carpeting, blinds, flood, fire, etc., and will be added at the end of booking your reservation. brbrTravel Insurance is Highly Recommended:brWe STRONGLY urge all renters to purchase “Travelers Insurance” in order to protect your vacation and your funds. All insurance companies require you to purchase within 24 hours of booking. Located on the 7th floor both the master bedroom and living room have direct access to the large, covered balcony, a perfect area for watching the gorgeous sunset every night. Leave your large patio doors open and listen to the waves hit the beach all night long. brbrThis unit features two bedrooms. Spacious master bedroom has a king bed with a tv and a walk-in closet. Master bath has a large tub and shower combo with double sinks. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds with a tv and a walk-in closet and is directly connected to the 2nd full bathroom (which can also be accessed from the living area). Kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay including one regular coffee pot or keurig. There is a breakfast area and then a separate more formal dining area. Spacious living room with flat screen smart tv and sofa can pull out into a queen bed (or you can use extra folding cot in guest bedroom). Washer and dryer inside the unit. All linens, pillows, blankets, bath towels, and beach towels provided. Some beach supplies are provided in a private locker on the ground level (such as beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and sand toys). One assigned, covered parking spot and free additional guest parking in the non-covered parking lot. brbrThe Somerset Condo complex is beautiful with its landscaped tropical gardens, two heated salt water pools both with grilling areas, two tennis courts, a pickle ball court, fully equipped exercise room, and a beautiful beach just steps away! Bars, restaurants, shopping, movie theater, ice cream shop and mini golf, all within a short walking distance. brbrMarco Island is the largest of South West Florida's 10,000 islands and is located on the Gulf of Mexico. The island is six miles long, four miles wide and connected to the mainland by two bridges. brbrWe own and manage our property, we also permanently live on the island. We enjoy meeting our guests and handing over the keys and answering any questions you might have. If something is needed we are close by to assist you. We accept weekly or monthly rentals only.
