Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is in a gorgeous complex and it is well located in the complex. The master bedroom linens should be updated and replaced.The bathrooms should be painted and a window covering should be installed in the entry hall window. Otherwise, everything was wonderful!

We love working with Marco Island Vacation Rentals for our stays on Marco. Our beautiful, spacious Beach Front condo had the best view of the gulf, great beds, was extremely clean, had nice furnishings and great location. We will definitely stay here again.

The unit location and amenities were great and the view the beautiful sunsets from the balcony was superb.A couple of things that could have improved the experience:1. the beach access walkway was not available to the condos in the North wing, and there is no sign that it will be fixed in the near future. The property manager should make future renters aware of this. 2. the storage with all the beach stuff is a mess. The owner should be required to audit, clean up and throw away the broken chairs, umbrellas, etc.We were very pleased with the response of the property management company, when requested. Good job! Disappointing. It was dirty when we arrived. Food still on the counters. Mold growing around the showers. Fridge was dirty. The garbage disposal so clogged with sand that we had to call maintenance. I washed the bedding again because I felt like it wasn’t clean after walking in and finding food on the counter. Then we come back one day after being at the beach and the place smells very strongly of lacquer from painting next door. Ramp closest to our condo was also under some construction and we had to go to the other end of the building to go in and out of the beach. We have stayed at a lot of places in Florida and this is been one of the most disappointing ones due to the conditions, especially for the price. The beach itself was really nice and clean.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I give this condo 4 stars. The condo was clean, cozy, and set up with comfortable furniture. The room and outdoor deck were spacious. Great view of the ocean and a quiet building. Kitchen was equip with utensils, dining, and cookware. The abundance of chairs in the storage locker was useful and appreciated (6 chairs). Some things that prevented 5 stars include: dryer does not dry well (this made it difficult to meet the expectation of having only last day linens at check out), and the furnace or water heater continuously dripped throughout the day and night which made it difficult to sleep. It would’ve been nice to have a wagon in the storage area to carry items to the beach easier (especially since the walk to beach was significantly longer due to construction of the walk way).

Marco never seems to disappoint
