Open concept living spaces with living room/kitchen area that opens up to the heated pool & outside dining area. Garage is stocked with multiple games and bikes for use. The home is a 5 minute walk to famous Mackle Park where you can spend the day there with activities or enjoy a nice walk around the pond. The home is also within distance to the local YMCA and just a bike ride away from a few shops and restaurants along San Marco road.
