This condo is advertised on the Expedia Group sites by a local rental agency (Marco Island Rental Properties) and the payment you make when you book this house is only their service fee. You will be following the payment schedule from Marco Island Rental Properties not VRBO for yourbooking. Some extra paperwork will be emailed to you that will need to be filled out promptly.

Experience breathtaking panoramic beach views from this 3rd-floor north corner unit in the Seawinds. The master bedroom boasts a king bed and a spacious walk-in shower, while the guest bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and bunk beds perfect for kids (not adults). Relax after a sunny day with 3 TVs to choose from and enjoy the convenience of a full-size washer and dryer. The property features a large, heated pool, a jacuzzi, and brand-new tennis courts for endless fun.

EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.

PARKING: Only 1 vehicle allowed per condo. There is a $50.00 parking fee collected at the front desk due by credit card on arrival.

NOTE: This building will have construction being done on the 01 and 02 balconies starting July 20 and last thru October. Limited to no pool access during this time. Beach access will be available! Noise maybe heard throughout the building.

CANCELLATIONS: 15% of the rental fee is retained if cancellation is made 60 days prior for weekly (90 days monthly rental). Condo App Fees, and Travel insurance is non-refundable. Inside the 60 days weekly/90-day monthly cancelation period, (if you do not have travel insurance); We try to re-rent the unit, if successful we will charge 15% commission on your reservation and refund the balance. WE HIGHLY ENCOURAGE you to purchase travel insurance to protect your trip! Cancellations due to COVID, Hurricanes, any acts of God, or Mother Nature are subject to the same conditions as our normal cancellation policy. No Exceptions!

    We loved this condo even though we dont spend much time indoors. The layout is nice and the beds are super comfy. We really liked being on the 3rd floor also. Hope to stay there again in the future.

    The location of Sea Winds is amazing. Right on the beach with many stores and restaurants walkable. Perfect for families.

    Lovely condo in a great location. The view from ther balcony was perfect. Short walk down to the pool and beach. Located close enough to walk or bike to several restaurants and stores but far enough away to be quiet and not have all the traffic/ activity. Would definitely stay here again!

    This is a beautiful condo! It is in the perfect location, the end, corner unit give you more light and more view of the ocean. The photos are exactly what you get. Everything provided (beach chairs, cooler, towels, kitchen provisions) makes it feel like home. Will definitely be renting from you again!     We celebrated our anniversary on Marco Island in this lovely condo. It is beautifully decorated, extremely clean and right on the beach! We enjoyed the pool, the beach and many close restaurants. We will definitely rent it again.

    Had an overall good experience. The location was great and the views were fantastic. When we arrived there was a musty smell to the condo - I assume do to low usage since Covid. There was also breakers tripped for lights in the kitchen. Easy fixes but surprised we had to do it. Once we squared that away we had a good stay.

    We stayed a week in this beautifully decorated condo. Lots of nice touches. The kids bedroom was comfortable with own TV, bunks and queen bed. All beds were comfortable. Plenty of beach towels and all beach equipment we needed. We will be back to this condo for sure!

    Perfect size & seating for 4 adults & 2 children. Comfy beds. The bunk was a hit. Beach chairs, wagon, & umbrella great. Some updates needed. Bathroom sinks slow to drain & hard to use. Freezer leaking water into fridge. Neighbor smoking on balcony & blew into ours! Overall, great place!
