This island cottage has lush tropical landscape and is decorated in neutral tones, and beach themed decor. The best part of this house is that it is located less than two miles from Marco Island's beautiful white sand beaches! This island house is in an established neighborhood that is very quiet and family friendly. brbrRelax in the warm Florida sunshine by the private pool in the enclosed screened lanai. You can take a nap, or read a book on the oversized wicker outdoor sofa on the upper balcony that overlooks the pool. A dining table and refrigerator are located outside to enjoy meals alfresco while swimming or enjoying the sunshine. Several comfortable chairs are on the upper balcony so that you can enjoy your morning coffee. The pool deck has two comfortable chaise lounges to lay on while soaking up the warm rays of the sun. The private in ground pool has an extra large shelf on the uppermost step where you can sit to play with the little ones in the shallow water. The pool is equipped with a heater and a solar cover to keep the water nice and comfortable during every season of the year. brbrThere is no need to rent bikes while sight seeing on the island because we have provided six bicycles of various sizes for you to use during your stay. brbrThe house is stocked with everything that you need for a trip to one of the white sand beaches of Marco. There are beach buggies to carry the provided chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and beach towels for a day at the beach.
