Our newly renovated home features a spacious layout with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open floor plan that totals nearly 1500 sq ft. We have a king primary suite with a huge walk-in closet and its own en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, also with ample closet space. The third bedroom is perfect for our younger guests, featuring two twin beds. The second bathroom has a shower/tub combo.brThe open floor plan allows for a very inviting family experience. The main living space features plenty of seating around a large-screen TV. Off the living room is a dining area, perfect for fun family nights. We provide lots of games, toys and puzzles for your entertainment. (We even have Marco-poly and a puzzle map of Marco Island!) brThe bright kitchen has all stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops with bar seating for 4. The eat-in kitchen with seating for 2 opens into the dining room area, which can seat an additional 6-7 people. The dining room exits to our enclosed lanai, featuring a heated pool with pool lights and 2 sitting areas with TVs. Enjoy some sun on our 2 pool loungers or pool floats. If the sun isn't your thing, we also have a shaded area where you can relax and watch your favorite sporting event or show on our large-screen TV. Sit under the outdoor fan and enjoy a nice dinner at our brand-new patio table, which has seating for 6. Or grab a comfy seat and a glass of wine and relax in the second sitting area with your own TV! You can even book a fishing charter for the day and bring your local catch home to grill on our Weber grill. You really can enjoy the best of both indoor and outdoor living!brIf you want to head to the beach, it is only a 5-minute car ride away. We have a beach cart, 6 beach chairs, umbrella, a beach cabana, blanket, coolers, and sand toys for you to have a fun-filled day exploring the breathtaking sugar sand beaches of Marco Island! We are centrally located in Marco Island, so everything is only about 5-7 minutes away from the house. The new Publix grocery store is only 2 minutes away. We are also within walking distance to the YMCA, where you can enjoy their gym, tennis, and pickle-ball. You can also enjoy a stroll to Mackle Park, which features a basketball court, bocce courts, fishing, a picnic area, playground, shuffleboard courts, a teen center, volleyball court, dog park, walking path, and water spray park. The activities are endless to keep your kids entertained when you are finished at the beach!brWe also have three adult bikes you can use to explore the island and visit the many shops and restaurants that Marco has to offer. Marco Island is our home away from home, so we welcome any questions to help you plan the perfect family holiday. Need recommendations on renting more bikes, scheduling a fishing charter, or renting a boat with a captain to take you out for the day Let us know! We can make any recommendations you need. We are here to help have the most memorable vacation for you and your family or friends!brTHINGS TO KNOW:brWhile we welcome children, please know that our home is not baby-proofed. We do provide a pack-and-play, high chair, toys and toddler serving ware for your convenience.brWe allow no more than 2 dogs with a pet fee of $125 per dog. Cats are not allowed due to owner's allergies. We do not allow pets on the furniture or in the pool.br There will be a keypad on the door for entry. You will be provided a four-digit code a few days prior to your stay.br We have one camera on the property, which is the ring doorbell at the front door.br The pool is heated at 85 degrees, but the heater only works when the pool motor is on. It does not run 24 hours a day. It will lose some temperature overnight, and once the pool heater turns back on it will heat the pool again up to the set temperature. Most heat pumps automatically shut off when the temperature drops below 50 degrees Fahrenheit to prevent damage.br You can park one car/SUV in the garage and two in the driveway. Per Marco Island code, you can’t park a trailer or boat in the driveway. You can park a small RV in the driveway as long as it is not covering the sidewalk. If you choose to do so, you will have to obtain a free permit from the Marco Island police department and affix it to your RV in a conspicuous place. If you do not have the permit, the property will be fined on a daily basis, and the fines will be taken from your security deposit.br Use of the bikes is at your own risk. We do not inspect them between each renter. It is the renter's responsibility to inspect the bikes and deem them acceptable for their own use.br Please be aware that if you do not purchase travel insurance and you cannot make your stay due to illness, issues with your flight or the weather, etc., we have a no-refund policy.br As per the Transient Rental Noise Control 30-90.9, any noise shall not be plainly audible for a period of one (1) minute or longer at a distance of twenty-five (25) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. daily, and at a distance of fifty (50) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., daily.br It is unlawful for a sexual offender or sexual predator to occupy this residence.

In multifamily dwellings or duplexes, the sound may not exceed 50 dBA between 7:00am – 9:00pm or 45 dBA between 9:00pm – 7:00am, measured from the neighbor’s dwelling unit.brbr5. Construction noise is prohibited between 7:00pm - 7:00am and on Sundays and holidays.brbr6.
