The main floor offers a great room with cathedral ceiling and 12 foot slider which opens fully for easy access to the upper floor of the huge 2- level screened lanai. The living room boasts a 65-inch smart TV and 3 comfy leather couches plus an over-sized reading chair tucked away in the ...corner. The dining room features a table for 8 and the kitchen is a bright and cheery place to prepare your meals and offers another slider to the lanai for easy access to the Weber gas grill.brbrThe large master suite features yet another slider to the lanai plus a king bed, 50-inch smart TV, reading chair and full bath with washer and dryer. The floor plan is a split bedroom design with the two upstairs guest rooms on the opposite side of the house from the master plus a pocket door to close them off from the living area of the house for added privacy.
