Pet-Friendly Waterfront Home | Steps to Beach/Pool

4.5 stars as the house had many positives; a few negatives. The house itself was spacious! The lanai & grill are great! 2 BRs are attached- you have to go through one to get to the other. The master BR was hot. Fans provided which may help, but noisy.The pool was great to have & heated is a definite bonus! However, there was no info to alert us to the pool toys in the storage closet outside the pool, so we only discovered them on our last night there. Kayaks seemed cool but they weren’t easy to manage getting into the water-a kayak lift should be a standard piece of equipment to have if you advertise having kayaks as the pictures showed.Bikes & lawn chairs & tons of beach towels-all of this was a draw of this house as it helps those in our group who flew and couldn’t pack these. There were a LOT of towels/beach chairs. And no one needed to rent bikes.There were A LOT of dishes, silverware, coffee pots, etc. However, many of the pots/pans were old & worn; nonstick coating was scratched off of some so cooking on the stovetop resulted in food getting stuck to the non-quality pans several times. We loved the Margarita machine! We stayed 15 days and were given one week’s starter packs of dish soap, dishwasher pods, and two trash bags. They could have doubled our supply since we had a two week stay. When we first booked we assumed it was a person’s home but found out later that it was owned by a company. You have to get your keys offsite. We were happy with this house overall.

My family and I had an amazing stay! The pool was a nice size and the temperature was perfect. The house was well equipped!!! And the view on the canal was beautiful!

Plenty of linens and beach supplies. Well supplied kitchen for large families. Kayaking and fishing in the back of the home were great. Pool well cared for and fun. Can walk or bike to Tigertail beach. Overall comfortable and relaxing atmosphere and would definitely stay here again.

The kitchen was well equipped, pool was a good dize for eleven adults to relax in. Not the cleanest interiors, a good scrub of vents, ceiling fan and bathrooms is needed.

Very good spacious house to spend some time with family, comfortable, clean, awesome pool, a lot of kitchen supplies, all kind coffee makers, towels, rapid response if you need it...We spent great time..thank you fo sharing your beatiful home

Was a bit disappointed that you had to walk through one bedroom to get to another but my adult daughter and son took those rooms. Pool ladder needs to be fixed. Barn doors fell off track when my daughter tried to open and close them. Probably would have been better just to keep them off. Bathrooms were very nice. Great pool, water toys. Maybe could supply a high chair

Furniture is very old, and almost nothing is updated. the dishes, cutlery, pots and pans are ok. lightning is poor. doors are all unclean, like in the bathrooms, entrance, etc. they do not even close well The photos show a different house. Too many emails and messages from property management company.

Enjoyed having so many kayaks for our large group as well. Lots of seating in enclosed porch area. It was a longer walk to the beach than I imagined (Tigertail has a lot of sand to walk thru to get to the water). Highly recommend this rental for large group
