Our home at 157 West Flamingo Circle is just a two-block walk from the public access path to Marco Island's beautiful Crescent beach and the JW Marriott resort. Updated through out, you will find all you need here for a relaxing and comfortable time in paradise! We want you to immediately feel at home and unlike most rentals you will find many essentials needed for your stay. Laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, food storage, games, beach toys, and a medicine cabinet with things that might have been forgotten, Our home features a spacious kitchen with granite counter tops and a large center island, perfect for food preparation and gathering. All appliances are stainless steel, including a range hood and drawer microwave. We have an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings that includes the kitchen, dining area, living room with two full-size high end comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV, plus a conversation/reading area.brbrThe Master Bedroom has a King bed, attached bath and direct access to the lanai. The Master bath is huge with a double vanity, marble counter top, a separate marble tile shower, freestanding soaker tub and closet. The guest bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the house and share a bath with double sinks and a tub/shower combination. There are two spacious bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with two full size beds, making this typical “twin” room more comfortable. All three bedrooms have new plush mattresses and linens. The master and Queen bedroom have TVs.brbrWe also have an outdoor shower. Great for rinsing off after a day at the beach or as an extra shower for your family. brbrThe glass sliders from the living room and kitchen open up to the screened lanai with heated pool, lounge chairs, conversation set and an eating area that seats 8. New plantings, lighting and fencing create a private oasis in the outdoor space, with up lighting for added ambiance in the evening. For those with young children, we have a safety net that can be used to separate the pool from the lanai so that you can enjoy the open space with added security. The outside deck provides more lounge chairs and a Weber Grill.
