Guests will be required to pay plumbing fee if found responsible for clogging the toilet.brbr☛ PLEASE CLEAN GRILL AFTER USE; Guest will be charged $50 if grill is not left in the condition it was in at check-in.brbr☛ Guest will be charged an additional fee of $500 for smoking in the house.brbr☛ Tampering of outdoor security cameras will be charged $500 fine.brbr☛ An additional fee of $500 will be applied if any illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia are found in the property following guest checkout.brbr☛ For every 15 minutes beyond the agreed-upon checkout time that the guest remains on the property, a fee of $50 will be charged to the guest.brbr☛ Bringing undisclosed pets will incur a $200 fee each, on top of any additional cleaning fee incurred.brbrbrHost/property owner are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. For long term (7+ nights) stays, toiletries will be provided to get guests situated. After that, it is the responsibility of the guest to provide their own.
