These are prohibited by the platforms and our house rules but are hard to prevent. Given that our house is large, and a prime location for such a party, we want to do a little extra screening to make sure our guests are aware of our rules and have appropriate expectations. brbrWhat is the charge for pool/spa heat There is no charge for pool heat. brbrHow many cars can I bring We do not have a specific number of cars allowed per booking. However, parking in the community can be problematic if every home hosts five or six cars. Please try to consolidate your party into as few vehicles as possible. There is street parking, but be careful not to park on lawns, over curbs, or on landscaping. The home has a two-car driveway and parking is available on the street. ATVs, recreational vehicles, golf carts, refrigerated trucks, and trailers are not allowed. There is no overflow parking. brbrDo you have a grill brbrWe have a grill that runs on propane. Propane is provided. brbrWhy can't we have any parties or events How do I know if a planned gathering will violate the house rules brbrOur goal is to avoid large parties and events that violate the platform rules and create havoc in a community.
