Stayed Jul 5, 2025Overall the villa was lovely, beautifully clean inside with nice touches like mini toiletries, large tub of ground coffee, sugar, creamer, plenty of toilet rolls salt and pepper, olive oil, coffee filters oh and a kettle bonus for us Brits.The Lounge, dining and bedrooms were beautifully furnished and had everything we needed. Plenty of bath towels, although could have done with a few more pool towels so we didn’t have to put them in the dryer after each use, but a minor detail.Frank was an exceptional host, prompt and friendly and very gracious when my son volleyed a beach ball at the pool door and dislodged the bottom panel. We fessed up and Frank was lovely about it.Plenty of storage and ample crockery, cups, glasses etc. The only thing I would say is that whilst inside of the house was lovely and very clean, the outside space could do with a little TLC. Patio doors and pool side/patio could do with a good jet wash and the outside furniture had seen better days, the chairs were plastic picnic chairs, fine but uncomfortable after a while. Pool could do with a bit of grout and re paint. Nothing major and didn’t impact our stay at all but just a little feedback.Location. Now this where we didn’t do our homework and we are seasoned Orlando visitors. The villa whilst in Kissimmee is a little on the outskirts, so each day took us 40 mins to get to Disney and 50/60 mins to get to Universal, a bit too far out for us, but apart from that we had a fab stay.
