It also has 2 swimming pools, a children's playground, and tennis courts. The condo also has access to a jetty for fishing, relaxing, and enjoying sunrises and sunsets with family, friends, and neighbors. brbrThere is a boat ramp and permission to park one boat in designated areas. You must provide proof of liability insurance of at least $300,000 to bring a boat onto Kawama property.brbrWe are licensed for rental by Monroe County (license #CND5403518).

You can spot dolphins, manatees, and other wildlife as you drink your morning coffee out on the patio! brbrThis second floor unit is located right next to the elevator.brbrThe Buttonwood Bay community has several swimming pools, tennis and pickleball courts, a beautiful private beach, areas to watch the sunset, gym, and a fuel station. It is close to fantastic restaurants serving freshly caught seafood, whether you want to stay in Key Largo or venture farther south to Islamorada.
