This project, as with many other condominium projects currently underway in our area, is partially due to recent Milestone Inspection requirements put in place by the State of Florida in 2022. While there are no immediate structural deficiencies related to Holiday Villas Ill the board has approved repair work for exterior balconies, concrete and painting. Crews will work their way around the building throughout the project starting on the North side and working counterclockwise. Only while your unit stack section is being actively worked on (railings removed and replaced) will you possibly not have access to your balcony during parts of your stay. Most balcony's will be open and fully usable during the project. THE BIGGEST IMPACT FROM THIS PROJECT WILL BE THE NOISE DURING WORKING HOURS AND POSSIBLE PARKING ADJUSTMENTS DURING YOUR STAY.
