Beach Front Paradise is a brand new construction 7 bedroom - 5 bathroom luxury pool home that accommodates 18 guests! When you walk up the stairs to the main living area you will find a clean contemporary design with hues of Florida color. The exceptional design of this home makes rest and relaxation easy. There is room for all the guests to spread out and enjoy vacation! The large modern kitchen is capable of hosting a homemade meal or a pizza delivery. The massive island with barstools orthe large farm-style dining area offers a spot for everyone. There is even a toddler/kids table with chairs! The balcony has a resort-style sitting area. Bring a cup of coffee to catch the sunrise and throughout your day you can enjoy the sweeping views of the Gulf, watch the kids in the pool, and reminisce on the day's events during Indian Shores' breathtaking Sunsets. All 7 bedrooms have luxury bedding, and 3 of the bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom. You will find bunk beds, daybeds, a kid's playroom, bean bag chairs, and even a crib.

A spiral staircase from the balcony leads to your outdoor oasis. The heated pool with a wading deck and hot tub is surrounded by top-of-the-line amenities! A round covered cabana lounger, comfortable cushioned outdoor sectional, dining table, and chairs for 10 are in a shaded area giving you a reprieve from the sun. Pool loungers for the sun lovers. Let's not forget that you are steps away from sinking your toes in the warm sands of the beach. Walk along the shore and find your seashell treasures. This home has the ultimate Florida vacation vibe!

Ground Floor

Garage: Space for 3 vehicles.

Pool Area: Heated pool, hot tub, wading platform, round cabana lounger with umbrella, pool loungers, dining table with 10 chairs, outdoor sectional & coffee table, gas grill, 2 umbrellas.

Second Floor

Kitchen: Stainless steel appliances, ice/water refrigerator, additional refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, extra large sink, Keurig & drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, and large island with 6 chairs. Basic dishes and utensils are also provided. Basic dishes, cookware, and utensils are also provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available. .

Dining Room: Large farm-style table with 12 chairs, with an additional dining table with seating for 8. Kids table w/4 chairs. Sliding patio doors lead to a balcony that has two resort-style chairs, an outdoor sofa, and 4 tall Adirondack chairs.

Living Room: Extra large sectional, oversized chair with ottoman, coffee table, end tables, ceiling fans, and smart TV.

Bathroom#1 (Guest): Single vanity sink and walk-in shower. No tub.

Laundry Room: Washer and dryer, laundry sink, and beach towels.

Bedroom #1: King-size bed, dresser, smart TV, ceiling fan, bedside tables, and ensuite bathroom.

Bathroom #2 (En-suite): Walk-in shower and single vanity. No tub.

Bedroom #2: Kids room with daybed, bean bag chairs, kids table and chairs, smart TV, bookshelf with games and books, and ceiling fan.

Third Floor

Bedroom #3: Queen bed, twin-over-twin bunk bed, dresser, ceiling fan, and two nightstands.

Bathroom#3 (Guest): Single vanity sink and walk-in shower. No tub.

Bathroom #4 (En-suite): Tub/shower combination, single vanity.

Important Information

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.

Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.

Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.

Pool & Spa Heating: When the pool heater is turned on, the temperature is typically set to 85 degrees unless otherwise stated in the listing description. Please note that when outside temperatures reach 60 degrees or lower, a pool heater cannot always heat the pool & spa completely to temperature. By booking this property, you understand that the pool & spa temperatures cannot be guaranteed when outside temperatures are too cold. Spas/hot tubs do not heat continuously. They need to be turned on manually and run on a timer. The spa/hot tub will not be turned on before check-in.

Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.

Parking: This unit only provides 3 parking spaces, there is no guest parking. Tiki Gardens offers additional parking and you'll need to purchase parking passes from the local sheriff's office on Gulf Blvd, cash only, to park at Tiki Gardens overnight.

Within the quaint town of Indian Shores, you will find some of the best local restaurants, ice cream shops, coffee shops, and local beachwear shops as well as fiery sunsets. Just 19 blocks long, it is known for its friendly atmosphere, pristine beaches, great seafood, and tropical wildlife. It is home to the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, one of the largest nonprofit bird hospitals in the US. Just to the North is the cute town of Indian Rocks Beach featuring many local shops and stops. Mc Gough Nature Park is just over the main bridge, Walsingham Bridge and the park features wildlife such as owls, bald eagles, hawks, turtles, and more. Walking trails, playground with zipline, shelter houses, and restrooms. Local orange store Yellowbanks is just up the road from this park, it has Florida-grown citruses, juices, and fresh orange ice cream. The surrounding local area has some great day trips: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney are just two hours away.

    Absolutely awesome house! The owner thinks of every little detail! Plenty of beach ?️ toys- chairs- amazingly stocked kitchen! Awesome master bedroom! Beautiful views ! Only thing I would change would be a tv in every bedroom ( so some kids that stay in bedroom that doesn’t have one don’t feel slighted) ?Such a great house ! Will definitely come back again! Awesome stay!

    This was a 5 star property in the best area in Florida. Beach access couldn’t be easier and private pool was great. Plenty of room for family to spread out in the house. House had almost everything you could possibly need. Indian Shores is quiet and not overcrowded like many places we’ve been. Less than 20 minutes to Clearwater and St. John’s Pass. Easy drive to airport. I highly recommend this property.
