Sand Dollar 403 is a 3 - bedroom 2 bath Gulf Front Condo at a Great Price!

The condo was very spacious and had everything we needed including the breathtaking ocean front views. Beach and pool access were effortless. The ladies at the front desk were so helpful and friendly. We came looking for a relaxing beach vacation and got exactly that.

Management company was very accomadating, but the pool was closed for two days and they were paving parking spaces. Very noisey and smelly. Unit was okay but needed some TLC.

Everything was clean and very comfortable. There’s just some thing about waking up to a view of the Gulf from bed. We had no negatives concerning this property. We had a wonderful time.

The view WoW! If you want peaceful, laid back beach days this is the place for you! No huge crowds on the beach! The property manager and everyone we came in contact with that worked there was very pleasant and they took good care of us! We will definitely be back

The condo was very clean and provided plenty of room for our family. Staff is very friendly. This was our first time staying at Sand Dollar, but most residents we talked to have been visiting there for years! The room also had beach towels and beach chairs which is a plus!

The condo has been updated a lot (update your pictures!) One of the bedrooms has brand new furniture and mattress. The kitchen cabinets are supplied with much more cooking items. And even better, more guests have left more stuff behind to share! We also donated to the beach closet and even donated another stroller! We hope that's ok! We just know how much we valued the stroller that was already provided so we thought we would spread the love! The staff are ALWAYS kind and welcoming. Property owners present are just as kind and welcoming. We have never had a complaint, and still really don't, just more of a suggestion if it's even fixable/manageable. We love taking a family picture on the pier, but it seems that the birds have really made it their home (which makes sense). However, the pier is covered in droppings. You can't sit or stand at the end of the pier to enjoy it as it's covered and rather pungent.

The condo was perfect for us. My son had his own room with a queen and my two daughters had a room each with their own bed. 2 bathrooms, dual sinks in the vanity, laundry room, bit closets, King Master with attached bathroom. Large kitchen with large kitchen table. Beach is right there and balcony overlooks it all. Pool and Hot tub were perfect. Place is very secure. Met many really kind families at the pool and beach.
