The home is on the main river so no canal views and also has a dock for your boat and plenty of trailer parking. The home sits on the best site in Homosassa. With the property being on a private peninsula, there is almost 360 degrees of unobstructed views of the water both up and down the river. This home is the feature home in the Homosassa Landing village and is right in the middle of Old Homosassa and only a 2 minute drive to the Freezer, Monkey Island Riverside Resort, and the Shed at MacRae's. Scallop shells cannot be throw into the river- we provide you with contractor bags to throw the shells in and put in the garbage.
