Quiet & family friendly!brbr• Less than ONE minute walk to gorgeous public beach access - from front door to toes in the sand! brbr• One seasonally heated community pool, a community hot tub, and community charcoal grills with a picnic area available year round.brbrbrbr Bedroom brbr• Our cozy one bedroom is located to the left when entering the condo. It's complete with a comfortable King bed, TV with standard cable, an accent chair, dresser, and closet space. Guests will have direct access to the hallway, and to the attached bathroom.brbr• One open concept Twin bunk bed is built into our hallway, between the bedroom and living space as you enter the condo. There's also a small area under the bottom bunk to slide a suitcase or two to keep them tucked away, if needed. This area is perfect for the kids, or any extra friends that joined along on your trip!brbrbrbr Bathroom brbr• Our one bathroom offers a well-lit vanity for getting ready, toilet, and a combination tub & shower. We provide bath towels, washcloths, small courtesy soaps (please bring any additional amenities needed), and a hair dryer for guest use during your stay. Guests can access the bathroom with a hallway door, or directly from the bedroom.brbrbrbr Living Area & Kitchen brbr• Our living room area is cozy with a reading chair, and couch for seating. The couch opens up into a Queen-sized sleeper sofa (where additional guests can sleep, with pillows and linens provided.) We have a TV for your enjoyment with standard cable.brbr • Our kitchen and dining area has an open layout to the living room. We offer a full kitchen stocked with a fridge, dishwasher, range, microwave, dishes, cutlery, pots & pans, crock pot, blender, toaster, griddle, and more! If you plan to cook during your trip, we encourage you to bring along any spices, condiments, & oils you may need as we do not provide any perishable or non-perishable items. Coffee drinkers can enjoy either a regular drip coffee maker, or a Keurig machine. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. Uber & Lyft are popular in our area for ride sharing, and SHIPT or Instacart are great for grocery delivery. brbr• Airport Distances:brbrDestin FL (VPS) - 20 milesbrbrPanama City FL (ECP) - 46 milesbrbrPensacola FL (PNS) - 78 milesbrbrbrbrOther Things to Note:brbr• Check in time is 4PM CST and checkout time is 10AM CST. These times are important to note, as we can not guarantee any flexibility in arrival or departure as it depends on many factors that are beyond our control (i.e. condition of the home at previous guest departure, maintenance needed, cleaning, guests departing or arriving the same day, etc.)brbr• Our cleaners offer a courtesy supply of LIGHT amenities (a trash bag, roll of toilet paper, paper towels, soap, dish detergent, & laundry soap). We do not stock spices, oils, sunscreen, food storage (Ziplocs, foil, etc.) so please plan accordingly if you'll need these items.brbr• If you have a trip longer than 24 hours, or are coming with a larger group, please plan ahead & bring any extra items you anticipate needing during your stay.brbr• All linens are provided for your stay. We do provide beach towels for guests to use poolside or at the beach, as we ask guests to please not use any white towels in these spaces. Any other beach/pool items are not provided or guaranteed.brbr• We do not permit one night bookings/instant booking for weekends/holidays at any time. brbr• Each condo unit is granted one (1) parking space. All parking is unassigned and available on a first-come, first-served basis. brbr• Trailer/RV/Box Truck/Watercraft parking is not permitted at any time in our community. Towing fees issued from the HOA do apply to any violation of this.brbr• Extra guests not included in the reservation are not tolerated, please book with accurate guest count for your stay and to ensure we’ve provided enough linens as well. brbr• Due to this being a residential community, noise ordinances are at 10PM sharp. We do not permit excessive noise, parties, illegal activity, or disturbances at any time. brbr• This is a first floor unit within a complex of other units, so noise from above may be out of our control. If you are sensitive to noise, we do not recommend a first floor condo unit, as other guests are beyond our control.brbr• We do not host student groups/groups under age 25 at any time.
