Upgraded 5th Flr Pelican Beach Resort -1 bedroom - On the beach-

It was calm quiet. Room was nice with a good view. Great food close. Beach was nice and clean. Didn’t like how if you weren’t a paying customer for a beach chair the whole front row of beach was off limits for lawn chairs and setups. Like a money grab paying customers for the condos should have same access to beachfront. Especially with the beach chairs lined the whole property front. Overall great stay. Would recommend to others.

Our condo had an excellent view of the beach and gulf. Our condo was very clean and quite large. The staff was always polite and helpful. Pelican Beach is easy access to the Highway with lots of great activities and dining accessible. Would highly recommend staying here and this will be our go to place in Destin going forward

unit was clean, the view was great. elevator service was spotty and needs to be improved. If I was a tenant I would complain. Loud radios and drinking alcohol at (and in) the pool should be policed better by the host. I don't think concert volume music of any sort is needed in this environment Easy access to amenities and food was something we liked (delivery on the beach). All in all a good trip...nice facility.. would return.

This was a wonderful property. Beautiful beach view. The kitchen was well equipped with what you need. The kids loved the bunkbeds. Definitely would stay again!

Pelican Beach is located in the heart of Destin and has restaurants, grocery stores, and entertainment nearby. The property is challenging to make a left out of or into at times, so be patient. They do a nice job of checking reservations and ensuring that only registered guests are on site. Note- if you don’t like plastic wristbands, this is not the place for you. Tufan communicates efficiently and often and provided very thorough information. The unit had everything you could need, except I could not locate scissors. I felt the decor could have been better coordinated (with a more consistent beach theme), which would have made it feel more updated. The pictures have been lightened up so it’s a bit deceiving in the advertisement. However, the freezer does make ice and the memory foam mattress was very comfortable!!

We absolutely loved staying at this property. The views are beautiful. You will not regret it. Just book it, and thank me later! Tufan was a great host and assisted me along the way with any questions that I had. He was always prompt responding . My husband and I really enjoyed our 5 night stay at this beautiful property.

Property was very clean, everything was exactly described. Host communicated well and provided options for things to do. Absolutely loved the view it’s truly beachfront!!! Perfect location from elevators. Very very clean. Kitchen had everything you need, we didn’t cook or anything but if you want to the kitchen is fully stocked including a blender and toaster as well. We will definately be coming back. Great amenities, great stay!!

Tufan communicated with us throughout the stay. The condo was beautiful and clean just like the photos. The view is absolutely breathtaking and you couldn’t ask for more. Dolphins every morning with your coffee. I loved it so much I cried when we left. Will definitely be going back.

The host was very good to deal with, and the property was as described. It's a great spot in Destin, the beaches are really nice. Onsite the property has alot to offer and the staff was friendly. It's a good spot we will probably come back too.

This unit was great for a family of 4. The unit itself was clean and had the necessities to get you started for a day or two. The entire complex was more than we expected. Everyone that works there were extremely friendly. Anything you need is within a few minutes. Tiki bar and cafe onsite was so convenient with Beach service as all! We rented umbrellas on the beach and it was definitely worth it. We purchased bodyboards for our kids and left them there for future guests. Tufan was in constant contact with us and gave lots of helpful links for stuff in the area! He is an excellent host. No complaints about our stay! We will be back again!!

We had a wonderful stay at Pelican Beach Resort hosted by Tufan. From the start, communication was clear, prompt, and helpful, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free.The condo was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It had everything we needed for a relaxing beach getaway, and the views were absolutely beautiful. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and close to great dining and activities in Destin.Tufan was an excellent host—attentive, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure we had a great experience. Any questions we had were answered quickly, and we really appreciated the attention to detail.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Destin!

Condo has nice appearance and it was very convenient to have two bathrooms. Easy check-in process and it is comforting to have someone at the downstairs desk in case you have questions. This was our first trip to Destin and we definitely picked the right condo to stay in! Very clean, beautiful ocean view, and comfortable beds. We loved that we could be down at the beach in a matter of a few minutes. Tufan provided great information up front with all needed information for our stay as well as good info on nearby places for our family to check out.

Room was clean! View was beautiful! Everything as advertised! Communication and the process was great! Would highly recommend this unit and we’d love to come back again!

The view from our balcony was so beautiful. The condo was clean, comfortable, exactly what was pictured. Had all the convenience we needed for the beach, like an umbrella, chairs, cooler. Kitchen was well stocked just bring food. Tufan is an exceptional host.. 5 Star. Communication was perfect.

This property was extremely nice. It was clean, well stocked for the kitchen, and with an amazing view. To be quite honest, if I was a multi millionaire I would try to buy the property! Tufan was a responsive host who made sure you were happy with everything. A true class act! I would definitely stay there again!

Outstanding. The property was very clean and comfortable. Being centrally located to restaurants and outdoor adventures was a major plus. I highly recommend the 3 hour crab island tour. Our host was very gracious, and always making sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely book another stay in the near future

The condo was just as described. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and at the beach. All three pools were exceptional. The cafe located at the resort was convenient and very tasty. Owner’s communication was above and beyond any VRBO we’ve ever stayed at before including the previous time we stayed at pelican beach resort.

The property and ocean front location was amazing ! Turfan was great to work with. The only thing that we didn’t like was the beach chairs and not being able to sit closer to the beach. For that reason only we would not book the Pelican again. Choosing either to be four rows back or on top of the next group was not good!

Sinks and tub drained very slowly. Water did not get very hot. Bedroom mattress was very uncomfortable . Location of unit was great.

Nicely decorated. Had everything we needed. Very comfortable memory foam bed. Plenty of space to relax. Outstanding view overlooking the gulf. No issues at all. Great communication with the owner. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. Our boys loved the bunk beds with the TVs and our King size bed was very comfortable. The view was perfect from our balcony and we were able to see dolphins on our last morning there. So many great restaurants and stores within a mile or 2 of Pelican Beach, so we never had to venture far. Our boys, 8 and 10, swam in every pool and had the best time! We will most definitely be back!

My family went away for spring break. We had an amazing time. The beach is beautiful and the pool was great for the kids. We were walking distance from shops and food and a 10 min ride from the harbor and restaurants. The condo was clean and exactly what was pictured. We enjoyed the chairs Provided. We would come back in the future.

The condo is as pictured - comfy with a beautiful view. Tufan was very responsive to my questions and feedback. We loved being able to walk downstairs and be out on the beach, and the condo is close to the Harborwalk, restaurants, the Ice Cream Shoppe, and other shopping. Definitely recommend!!!

We booked for the weekend and everything was as expected. This is our third stay at the Pelican. Would recommend for a getaway or family vacation.

Wonderful location clean and great views for Sunrise and Sunset. Great communication with Host. Pool areas were wonderful. Beautiful beaches and great restaurant I would recommend Merlins pizza and the fresh seafood at Blalocks. Fun day at Destin Harbor.

This is a good unit. There is an older re-do and some thought has been made with an eye towards the beach condo experience and making you feel at home. Biggest issue is the master bedroom plantation shutters need to be fixed so that the light does not come beaming in at night. Nice place though!

Everything was fine but a little tired property

It was a great trip, they had everything we needed. It was perfect for 2 adults and 3 children. Beds were comfortable and we never ran out of hot water for showers.

Property manager was super quick with communication and happy to answer questions. Condo was very clean and comfortable! Kitchen was stocked nicely. A new set of pots and pans would be a great purchase! A few 3M hooks in the shower would be awesome for hanging suits to dry. Maybe a crate on the deck to leave a few beach toys? Overall we will definitely book again if our dates work out!

Location and view was beautiful! Upon entering the unit, there was a very strong odor of bleach and overall wasn’t as clean as we would have liked.
