We celebrated my twin sister's birthday, they both just turned 66 and had never been to a beach on the ocean. Watching them play like little 8 year old girls was a blast for me. We thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations. You have a real gem on your hands there. We certainly will be coming back. I can't wait to bring my daughter and her family. We met some of your neighbors who live in the building, they were very friendly as well as all the staff we interacted with during our stay. I will write a very good review on VRBO, however, I really would like to keep this little secret to myself.brbrEverything about the rental experience was top notch. The condo itself has been painted and kitchen redone (pictures do not reflect this).brbrWelcome to our Condominium at the White Surf on the third floor (#301)! Enjoy the AMAZING ceiling to floor windows with panoramic views that makes staying in this condo feel like you are on the beach even when inside! You can actually hear the ocean inside the condo! The HUGE balcony (twice as large as the two bedroom units) of our condominium directly overlooks the beautiful beach. brbrWe greatly enjoy sitting on the balcony watching people walking on the beach and listening to the sound of the waves breaking. Stunning sunrises from the balcony are breathtaking and if you are lucky enough to stay during a full moon, you will be in awe watching the moon reflect off the ocean while sitting on the balcony in the evenings. brbrWhite Surf is a wonderful building with a number of full-time residents. The way the building is designed, every condominium directly faces the beach plus has a view of the Intracoastal Waterway from the 'front' side. We visited here several times before deciding to buy this beautiful ocean front condominium. Located on the north-east corner of the 3rd floor (#301), we were amazed how close this condo felt to the ocean! During high tide you feel like you are sitting on the beach while still in the condo. It's low enough to see the waives break but high enough for amazing views. As a result, we knew the third floor was perfect for us! (We now own the condos right below #201 - VRBO# 4742009 & the one right above #401 VRBO# 1027303 this condo.)brbrThe facilities are very well maintained and it is very safe with electronic locks on every outside door (including the gate to the beach) and secure covered parking. It has the usual amenities of a heated pool (New in 2024), an exercise room, sauna, and tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard and basketball courts. But our favorite thing about the building is the location; it is located south of the Dunlawton bridge, the best location in Daytona Beach Shores. The Sunglow Pier is within easy walking distance (you can see it in the picture of the beach above) and has a restaurant right on the ocean, Crabby Joe’s. We’re about ¾ of a mile south of the Dunlawton bridge and about four miles north of the lighthouse at Ponce Inlet; it too can be seen from the condominium balcony. There is a Starbucks a couple blocks away. brbrThe Condominium has a large master bedroom with a king-size bed and sliding glass doors that access the balcony. With the glass doors and the large windows you have a great view of the ocean while lying in bed. (You will feel like the ocean waves come up to your bed.) There is a private master bathroom with a vanity area and a huge closet. The master bedroom has a HD flat screen TV. One guest bedroom has a king-size bed with a flat screen TV. The second guest bedroom has two queen-size beds along with a flat screen TV. There are private full baths for each of the guest bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own closet. And although the guest bedrooms are on the front side of the unit, there is a view of the Intracoastal waterway out their windows. brbrHigh quality new linens (minimum 400 thread count), pillows (each bed has special pillow for side and back sleepers) and towels are furnished for all bedrooms. The living room has comfortable furniture to enjoy. It also has a large flat screen TV with a DVD player. brbrBut of course the best feature of the living room is the view of the ocean out the windows and sliding doors! The dining area has a beautiful table that seats six plus there is a bar between it and the kitchen that seats three. The kitchen's best feature is the great view of the ocean! The kitchen is fully furnished with cookware and dishware and is equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, and coffeemaker. brbrA new washer and dryer are located in the condo for your use. brbrWe offer a speedy check-out, a unique feature for our guests. You don't have to wash the linens or towels! This makes departures convenient and easy. brbrWater in the Refrigerator - After traveling all day I felt it important to have some bottled water in the refrigerator for you to enjoy upon arrival. brbrHigh speed Wi-Fi connection is included through-out the condo. brbrWe are non-smokers so we insist on No Smoking in our Condominium. However, for our guests who do smoke, smoking is allowed on the balcony. brbrIf we can answer any questions for you please let us know.

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. The Pineapple Shores Motel is currently under renovation, there are two buildings-this building has been renovated but the front building is still under construction. We are offering this as a discounted place to stay because of Hurricane Ian. You should expect construction on the property but not in your unit/building. Pets allowed IF they get along with others only (pet fee applies).brNo tampering with fire extinguisher or smoke detector. brPets must always be on leash and be friendly. Aggressive or unleashed pets will not be allowed. Pets must be disclosed and paid for prior to arrival. brNo partiesbrNo drugs or underage drinkingbrOne parking spot per unit, motorcycle parking on site.brNo loud music, cursing or behavior that would make other guests uncomfortable. brbrNo smoking inside the room or near room with door or window open. Please note, any indication of smoking inside the room or near room where smoke smell (any type-cigs or weed) can get in the room will result in eviction without question and forfeiture of security deposit. We are sticklers on this as we worked hard to make this a beautiful building and don`t want it stinky. Just smoke outside away from the doors. We do require a credit card on file with Salty Dog Vacations, the managers of the inn. We will put a $200 security hold on the card during your stay as smoking in units is a big issue in Daytona and we are really protecting against this. If you use a credit card, you won`t even notice as the card would only be charged if the smoking rule was violated, however, if you use a debit card/bank card you will see the charge pending as a hold on the funds until a couple days after check out so we just want you to know as we will never keep your funds unless the rule violated, but every bank takes different amounts of days to take the hold off. brbrNo tampering with fire extinguisher or smoke detector. brPets must always be on leash and be friendly. Guest shall be entitled to possession on the first day of the term of the booking at 3pm (condos) 4pm (houses), and shall yield possession to Manager on the last day of the term of this Booking at 10am, unless otherwise agreed by both parties in writing and early check-in or late check-out fee paid. At the expiration of the booking, guest shall remove its goods and effects and peaceably yield up the Premises to manager in as good a condition as when delivered to guest.brMINIMUM STAY. The guest will be required to pay for the booked dates. Guests wishing to extend their stay may do so by contacting the Manager and paying additional fees if the unit is available for extension and the guest has abided by all rules.brUSE OF PREMISES/ABSENCES. Guest shall occupy and use the Premises as a dwelling unit. Guest shall notify Manager of any anticipated extended absence from the Premises not later than the first day of the extended absence. Guest will maintain the premises in good order and appearance including keeping the premises free of trash and garbage. Reasonable wear and tear are the only exceptions to damage to the premises. Booking guest agrees to be the primary occupant of the dwelling during the entire period of the rental.brGuest may not use the premise for commercial or event purposes. No commercial photography or filming is allowed on the property. Guests booking units that may allow small weddings or similar must notify Manager upon booking, pay additional fees and disclose all requested information to Manager. In the event a guest hosts an agreed up event but does not give accurate information as to the time of the event, number of guests or type of event, booking will be cancelled and guests immediately evicted. Any agreed upon event must be paid no less than 7 days prior to event. Manager has the right to deny any event request for any reason.brGuests may not hang towels over outdoor railings, erect tents or banners or do anything else to make property look less appealing to neighbors. Guest agrees to lock all doors and windows when they are not at the property.brDue to the COVID-19 pandemic, Guest agrees to adhere to all guidance from the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) on COVID-19 and any local and state regulations. Local and state regulations can be found on the local public health department website.brOCCUPANTS. No more than the number of person(s) entered in the booking may occupy the Premises at any one time unless the prior written consent of the Manager is obtained. All guests over the age of 2 are counted towards the maximum. Any party falsely representing the number of people, or exceeding the maximum may be subject to immediate eviction without refund. All guests over the age of 15 will be required to provide a copy of a government issued ID.brFor properties that allow pets, pets are only allowed if approved by Manager. All pets must be disclosed to Manager within 24 hours of booking, or if booking is less than 24 hours from booking time then at the time of booking. Guest must pay any required pet fees no less than 7 days prior to reservation start. For bookings made within a week of reservation, fee must be paid same day as the reservation is made.br Guests must be 25 to book (or the specified minimum age to book as noted on the booking site). Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a legal guardian or parent. Guests over 25 may not book a property for the use of a group under the age of 25 (ex: a mom or aunt cannot book a unit for a group of high schoolers where the parent or legal guardian will not be present).brFURNISHINGS. The unit is completely furnished and stocked. Guest shall return all such items at the end of the stay in a condition as good as existed at the beginning of the booking, normal wear and tear excepted.brPROPERTY INSURANCE. Manager and Guest shall each be responsible to maintain appropriate insurance for their respective interests in the Premises and property located on the Premises. Guest shall also maintain any other insurance which Manager may reasonably require for the protection of Manager`s interest in the Premises. Guest is responsible for maintaining casualty insurance on its own property. It is recommended that travel or vacation insurance is obtained by the Guest. Manager requires unit insurance coverage purchase at booking.brNON-DISTURBANCE CLAUSE. Guest and their guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger (fireworks) or inconvenience neighbors nor use the premises for any unlawful purposes. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests shall adhere to noise policy and shall interact kindly with neighbors. Guests understand that many units are in residential areas and will act with the utmost respect while at the premise or in the neighborhood/condo. Guest will not be heard using foul language, being rude, arguing or displaying obvious intoxication.brGuest will treat property with the same care as if the property was their home and will not hinder normal traffic patterns in the area. Guests will not do anything neither at the unit nor in the neighborhood/building that would cause complaints from neighbors, HOA or Condo Managers or police/code enforcement. Guest will abide by any parking restrictions.brCANCELLATIONS. (a) If the Property becomes unavailable to the Guest prior to occupancy, for any reason, Manager agrees to refund the full amount paid to the date of cancellation, and Guest agrees to rebooking any claims against Manager. (b) Cancellations from guest will be refunded as described on the booking site used by guest. Guest understands that use of OTA’s such as Airbnb frequently require the guest contact the OTA directly as sites like Airbnb hold the guests money and Manager may not have ability to refund.brCancellations related to the COVID-19 pandemic are dependent on a number of factors including: local restrictions, origin of the guest, when the booking was made, and when local officials or the CDC declare an outbreak in an area. If the cancellation is related to COVID-19, please refer to the booking sites policy.brSMOKING. Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the Property. Smoking is only allowed `outside`. Evidence of smoking inside the Property will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all amounts paid and will result in additional Cleaning Fee charges to Guest as Excess Damage Cost and will be charged against the credit card on file. Smoking near open doors and windows that leads to interior smell of smoke will be charged as if guest was smoking in unit. Please note, purchased damage coverage does not cover smoking and guests card on file will be charged $500 for damage and smoke remediation.brCOOKING. Guest may cook only in the specific areas set aside by Manager for cooking. No open fires are allowed other than in the grill, outdoor fireplace, or in the stone hearth. The grill must remain in open area, away from trees, house, etc. All fires must be thoroughly extinguished before leaving unattended.brCLEANING. The property will be inspected and cleaned after departure. Due to the pandemic, the property will augment current cleaning protocol to account for the changes in cleaning in adherence to COVID-19 cleaning protocols. The cleaning fee includes laundry service for the towels and linens.
