Our studio condo is bigger than most hotel rooms with 530 square feet. One bed is a queen murphy bed and the other a queen hide a bed. If you have 4 adults it will be a tight fit, like staying in a double queen hotel room. But it has a full kitchen and a direct ocean front balcony. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. brbr7. The amenities such as the pool and fitness center cannot be used after 10pm. Breaking this rule can result in the condo association overruling me and asking a guest to leave. brbr8. Please do not do drugs or bring drugs into the unit. (This will result in an automatic termination of your stay).brbr9. Please do not take the towels or pillows with you. (Yes people do this) brbr10. If you break something please notify us right away you have damage insurance that protects us both.brbr11. One week before check in you will receive an email with all of your check in information as well as a couple documents to fill out.brbr12. You will be given a 15-20 minute tour upon arrival. This is so you know your way around the building and do not get lost.brbr13. You cannot have additional guests in the building or using the amenities that are not on your registration document.
