Updated kitchen and bath. Clean. Everything we needed in kitchen. Nice balcony and view. Elevator always empty, like having our own private elevator! Quiet. Easy parking. The only negative is that it was smaller than other places we’ve stayed, but the trade-offs were worth it. Host was great!

Beth is a fantastic host and Laurie was onsite and so helpful with surrounding location details as well as touring he property. The balcony views were incredible and the central Daytona location provided easy access to surrounding restaurants and venues. Super clean apartment, I typically check floor cleanliness at hotels and in rented spaces, this was likely the only place we've been where the floors were actually clean.Highly recommend staying in this apartment.

Great place!

Parking was easy, view was amazing. I could’ve sat on the balcony for hours listening to the waves crash. It’s an old and outdated building, old florida and the bed was hard and not comfy,

Our host actually was around and showed us all the amenities. That was helpful. The condo was comfortable, beautiful view of the beach, great location for food and activities

This condo was very clean, full kitchen, comfortable bed, great view of beach from the room and balcony enjoyed my stay very much. My only complaint was the hot water pipe feeding both bathroom and kitchen sink was restricted causing low flow rate making it hard to use hot water. (The shower was great) That being said I'd love to go back.

My family loves staying here. The new pool is beautiful. This unit is lovely and has everything you could want or need. The host is lovely, responsive, and considerate of your stay. We've stayed before and will stay again!

Check in is super easy. The kitchen was really nice with plenty of counter space. Loved the balcony with beautiful views of the ocean. Condo was very clean. Bathroom was nice. Laurie is absolutely amazing! Very fast response time to messages. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is more about me. My friend and I are senior ladies and both have physical issues which made the Murphy bed and sleeper sofa too heavy for us. But it’s an all around great place to stay. Sending many thanks to Laurie for having patience with me!

Dream come true! Amazing property! Amazing host...Laurie thought of everything. All you have to do is show up and enjoy the breathtaking view right outside the window and deck. Anything you want to do is right at the property or near proximity. Clean, Beautiful, Well appointed. Thank you soo much Laurie. We parked the car and didn’t have to drive anywhere. The studio was clean and cute. The view was spectacular.

My overall experience was wonderful. Place was clean and fully equipped with all that was needed during my stay. Location was perfect and felt safe since there was security on the premises. They went above and beyond to make sure my check in and out went smooth as possible. I totally recommend this place and I will be booking again, that's for sure. Thank you

Our family really enjoyed this experience right on the beach! Check-in was extremely easy and straightforward. The space was simple and exactly what we needed as a small family. Communication was fast and anticipated our needs. Would definitely rent again!

We were there for the Jeep Beach 2025 event and we had a blast! We were hardly in the room but the morning sunrises were beautiful from the room balcony. Bed was comfortable and place was clean. The host was very informative and available. Would stay here again.

This property was perfect for my son and I. Very accommodating, great location for shops, food, entertainment. Beautiful pool, ocean view from the balcony. Owner was awesome to communicate with, responded instantly and was willing to out of their way! Recommend this place if anyone is wanting to stay at Daytona beach. Fully stocked with the essentials. Can’t say enough about their kindness.

Great ocean view and easy access to the beach!

Wonderful friendly place and owners. Place was very cute, clean and the view was wonderful. Pool was wonderful. Chairs and beach towels were provided. Will come back for sure.

Laurie was great to work with. The sunrise in the morning with a cup of coffee on the balcony was the best part of our trip and there was easy access to the beach. We loved it

Everything but the hot water stream was great

Perfect area for walking the beach and going to our favorite pub— the oyster pub. Great service and friendly atmosphere. Loved the Ormond Elks Club and Port Orange Elks Club.

I was looking for a little sunshine and relaxation! This condo met all my needs! The sunrise view is amazing!The description was 100% accurate all accommodations were met. Communication was amazing from the time I booked it to the time until I checked out. I would definitely recommend this place to somebody’s looking for a getaway on a beach. I had a double amazing night of fireworks from the balcony at Midnight (Main street to the right and The Hardrock to the left. Just perfect the whole experience.

The room very clean and neat. A great view of the ocean.we had a few questions for the host and and all Were handled quickly.

This was a wonderful little property that was described exactly as it looked and felt like. Just perfect for a couple nights right on the ocean. Also, Laurie was amazing To work with and to communicate with the property, she has taken care of all the amenities for sure.

It was a great property right on the ocean front. The property owners were wonderful and went out of their way to help us and accommodate our needs after the hurricane although their property was flooded. I give this place a 10 out 10!

Only 1 thing to say about this condo its Amazing. Very clean, Great Shower, Great location, Ocean view, short walk to restaurants and bars, Listening to the ocean sitting on balcony. what more can you ask for perfect holiday. The host was lovely always on hand if you needed her we will definitely be back to this gem. Thank you for everything Lauri from start to end.

This was a great getaway from life. I enjoyed sitting out on the balcony just listening to the sounds of the ocean, and the breeze made it very comfortable. There were several small shops in walking distant and several places to grab something to eat, the room does come with a stove and a fridge but I choose to go out when on vacation. I do hope I get to rent this room again, it had everything I could ask for and so much more
