I own two similar 3 bedroom condos in this building if this one is booked or if you need more than one condo, (VRBO# 1027303 & 4453858). brbr2% of the net proceeds from this condo will be donated to the local Marine Science Center that care for sick and injured turtles and seabirds. brbrUpdates to Property: Within the past 3 years the following updates have happened: New pool, sea wall and patios, Also new tennis and pickleball court.brbrWelcome to our Condominium at the White Surf on the second floor (#201)! Enjoy the AMAZING ceiling to floor windows with panoramic views that makes staying in this condo feel like you are on the beach even when inside! The HUGE balcony (twice as large as the two bedroom units) of our condominium directly overlooks the beautiful beach. brbrWe greatly enjoy sitting on the balcony watching people walking on the beach and listening to the sound of the waves breaking. Stunning sunrises from the balcony are breathtaking and if you are lucky enough to stay during a full moon, you will be in awe watching the moon reflect off the ocean while sitting on the balcony in the evenings. brbrWhite Surf is a wonderful building with a number of full time residents. The way the building is designed, every condominium directly faces the beach plus has a view of the Intracoastal Waterway from the 'front' side. We visited here several times before deciding to buy this beautiful ocean front condominium. Located on the north-east corner of the 2nd floor (#201), we were amazed how close this condo felt to the ocean! During high-tide you feel like you are sitting on the beach while still in the condo. It's low enough to see the waives break but high enough for amazing views. As a result, we knew the second floor was perfect for us! brbrThe facilities are very well maintained and it is very safe with electronic locks on every outside door (including the gate to the beach) and secure covered parking. It has the usual amenities of a brand new heated pool, an exercise room, sauna, and tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard and basketball courts. But our favorite thing about the building is the location; it is located south of the Dunlawton bridge, the best location in Daytona Beach Shores. The Sunglow Pier is within easy walking distance (you can see it in the picture of the beach above) and has a restaurant right on the ocean, Crabby Joe’s. We’re about ¾ of a mile south of the Dunlawton bridge and about four miles north of the lighthouse at Ponce Inlet; it too can be seen from the condominium balcony. There is a Starbucks a couple blocks away. brbrThis Condominium, with sea turtle and ocean themed decor, has a large master bedroom with a king-size bed and sliding glass doors that access the balcony. With the glass doors and the large windows you have a great view of the ocean while lying in bed. (You will feel like the ocean waves come up to your bed.) There is a private master bathroom with a vanity area and a huge closet. The master bedroom has a HD flat screen TV. One guest bedroom has a king-size bed with a flat screen TV. The second guest bedroom has two queen-size beds along with a flat screen TV. There are private full baths for each of the guest bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own closet. And although the guest bedrooms are on the front side of the unit, there is a view of the Intracoastal waterway out their windows. brbrHigh quality new linens (minimum 400 thread count), pillows (each bed has special pillow for side and back sleepers) and towels are furnished for all bedrooms. The living room has beautiful new, flooring, comfy furniture and fireplace. It has a new large flat screen TV. brbrBut of course the best feature of the living room is the view of the ocean out the windows and sliding doors! The dining area has a scenic view from table that seats six plus there is a bar between it and the kitchen that seats three. The amazing kitchen has updated appliances - but its best feature is the great view of the ocean! The kitchen is fully furnished with cookware and dishware and is equipped with a new stainless steel refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, and coffeemaker. brbrA new washer and dryer are located in the condo for your use. brbrWe offer a speedy check-out, a unique feature for our guests. You don't have to wash the linens or towels! This makes departures convenient and easy. brbrWater in the Refrigerator - After traveling all day I felt it important to have some bottled water in the refrigerator for you to enjoy upon arrival. brbrHigh speed Wi-Fi connection is included through-out the condo. brbrWe are non-smokers so we insist on No Smoking in our Condominium. However, for our guests who do smoke, smoking is allowed on the balcony. brbrIf we can answer any questions for you please let us know.

We have these 2 bedrooms and another unit with 3 bedrooms. The base price for this unit is for 5 people but it accommodates 8 guests comfortably and extra 2 guests (10 total) on a comfortable sofa bed. Our pool and beach are a perfect part of what we offer.br brAttention Puppies/Kitties owners. We LOVE our fur babies! We have 3 ourselves. However ours are not Hypoallergenic and therefore we don't bring them to our condos in respect to allergic guests and to the fact that its very hard to have a spotless place to our guests after our babies visit due to fur spread. We do welcome non-shedding hypoallergenic babies, maximum of two, 20lbs or less each. We appreciate your understanding, it hurts our hearts, but in the business of hosting we need to have the Environment disinfected, clean and allergy free. :)brPlease keep your staying neat and clean. Remove your pet hair from cushions before you leave. Take advantage of the means that we have downstairs ( water and rugs ) that are out of the facility to remove sand from beach chairs , feet and sandals . ;)

There are two balconies both with ocean/ beach views. All of the rooms have a view of the ocean. Beware of the 'oceanfront' units that end up with the second bedroom looking out into the hallway of the building and people can tap on the window! One of the balconies is located off the living room and the other is located off the 2nd bedroom with two queen beds. The condo is ideal for two families vacationing together or just one family. Each of the bedrooms has its own ensuite bathroom. The Master bedroom features a king bed and jacuzi tub ensuite. The condo is located on the 10th floor of the North Tower and faces south. It is located one back from direct oceanfront but is positioned in such a way that there are oceanfront view. The floor plan and building layout are available upon request. The unit sleeps up to 10 plus one little one. The second & third bedrooms and back balcony feature wonderful sunset views of the Halifax River and the Intercostal Waterway.
