Pricing has been updated accordingly however my unit was beautifully remodeled after sustaining minor water intrusion during the hurricane to now include full tile floowing and i made some updates to the kitchen while i was at it with granite counters and new appliances. We do still have on site beach access through our garage level as there is a public beach accessway next to our building.
