Corner Penthouse - 1101 - Direct Ocean Front with views of Ocean and Intercostal

Don, the host of the property, is excellent! This was our third stay at this property. We traveled with four generations this trip age ranging from 2 yrs to 85 the condo meet our needs with plenty of room for everyone. We did notice the condo wasn't as clean as our previous stays that's why I rated cleanliness three stars. Will definitely stay again! Beautiful condo in well kept property on the no drive beach. Well equipped for long term stay and perfect for families as beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas are neatly stored in closet!

Everything was great. Don was great to work with and a great host. The previous guest had broke a shower door handle, and Don let us know a head of time and had it fixed the next day. Wil definitely book again

This was a beautiful spot to choose for our family vacation. Location was prime for sunrises, we saw dolphins multiple mornings, and the beds were super comfortable. Spacious, we did have one very minimal problem with the lighting upon arrival (switch not working). We called Don to let him know, he was grateful for the call, polite, and sent someone up right away to fix the problem for us. We can’t wait to come back!

I have rented many, many VRBO condos and this is the first one that I would return to year after year. Although our group of 6 truly enjoyed every aspect of this penthouse, the en suite bathrooms for all 3 bedrooms and the view were probably our favorite. We spent the entire time on the beach or sitting on the balcony that accommodated all 6 of us easily. We also appreciated the quiet area of the beach with no cars. The owner, Don, was responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend!!

Relaxing vacation with short walk down to the pool and the beach. Was nice to sit on the deck and watch dolphins in the morning. We watched the sunrise and moonrise and could go out the front door and watch the sunset. Comical to watch other condo residence go down and claim their lounge chairs by the pool early in the morning and then not use them for a few hours after. The workers were loud during the day and at times was a nuisance and at times sounded like they were inside the condo it was so loud. Would have been nice to have known that as I would have rented a different building. The price was right for the condo but not for a week of noise. There should have been a discounted added for this week. Could not watch TV or take naps during the day. We found a few good restaurants. Would stay here again after all the workers move on to other building sites.

Our stay at the condo was nice and we had a good time. We liked that the condo had 2 master suites with king beds. Most condos don't. The view from the top floor is spectacular and we particularly enjoyed sunrises, watching the pelicans fly by at eye level, and watching the Space X launch from Cape Canaveral. The beds were comfortable and we had a good night's sleep, once we got in bed. But the beds are very high and a challenge for shorter people and/or seniors. We carry a folding step stool on vacations for such instances. The condo was mostly very clean but there was some black mold in the Master Bath shower. Housekeeping needs to pay more attention to details. I'm sure the host Don Stricklin will address this issue.The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for every day use and for fixing a dinner for 8 when family came to visit. Don Stricklin is a good host and was very easy to work with. He always responded quickly to our requests and I felt comfortable knowing I could get in touch with him if needed. The Shores Club is a nice condo association that I've stay at previously. The location is perfect and the facility is well maintained. I would consider this condo for future stays and would recommend it to others.

Our party of five had plenty of space in this unit with the three bedrooms/bathrooms. The views were outdtanding and everyone we met in the buiding was very friendly. The host was easy to get a hold of with questions and responded very quickly.

This condo is incredible! It is well stocked with everything you could need. Beds were comfortable and showers had great pressure. The pool was so warm and the beach being no drive was great with kids. Host was very helpful and accommodating! Would recommend to anyone and hope to be able to stay here again!

Spacious accommodations with great communication from the owners. Had some issues with the remote to the main tv, but we just old-schooled and changed the channels manually. Beautiful ocean views!

This condo was beautiful! The views are breathtaking in the living room dining area as well as the master bedroom. The owner Don was very responsive, especially during the restoration of services that were affected by a recent storm. I would highly recommend this condo if you are in the area.

We had a large group and stayed in 2 condos for a long weekend. Condo was well stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels. Location was great as we could walk to dinner or drive a short distance. It was also nice being able to visit the beach without worrying about vehicles. Would stay here again!

We were so impressed with the property, the owners communication, & every lil detail they thought of to make sure you'd have everything there from extra blankets & pillows, kitchen appliances, beach toys, etc. There is so much love & beauty put in to this place. Plus you get to park your car in a covered & safe garage. Every thing about this place made you feel secure & safe. Residents were so friendly & helpful. The views are breath taking & you'll never wanna leave this place. The only issues we had were not their fault (they were doing construction on a floor below & it was unreal loud from about 8am until 4pm during the week) And house keeping did a poor job on the room. From towels being wet on the shelves, dirty & broken coffee makers, wet & dirty dishes put up all over the cabinets, etc. The glass by the door looked like someone's kid had been kissing & drooling on it & left to get hard with dead flies smashed on the glass in the inside. No extra toilet paper, so we had to go get some while we were there. The closet with the pool & beach toys was awesome, but it was thrown back in so badly you couldn't open the door to it. It was more like they did a rush job. While we were put off by the house keeping aspect of it, we will definitely return (after construction is over lol)
