Located on the beautiful Daytona Beach Shores, this non-smoking 3 br/3 ba unit has a new kitchen, fresh paint, new flooring and carpet, new mattresses, linens, and furniture to ensure maximum relaxation. The ninth floor view allows you to enjoy beautiful beach sunrises and an evening of the calming sounds of waves from the private balcony that stretches from the master bedroom across the main living area. The balcony not only looks out onto the ocean, but you have a bird's eye view of the large swimming pool and hot tub available for guests' use.br There are three large bedrooms with three large bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a sliding glass door for direct access to the private balcony. The large master bathroom has a shower with separate, jetted tub and two sinks set in granite countertops. The second bedroom also has a king-sized bed and an adjoining bathroom with granite countertops. The third bedroom has two full-sized beds and a nearby hallway bathroom with a shower and granite countertop. All the bedrooms have large tv's and generous walk-in closets. br Our condo is located in an area with excellent dining options, but if you should choose to eat-in, we have a well equipped kitchen to meet your needs. This includes a regular coffee maker and a Keurig and many appliances and gadgets to make cooking (or opening a bottle of wine) easy. The kitchen looks out onto the dining and living rooms. The dining area seats six, with counter seating for two more. The living room has a large tv, comfortable seating, and a sliding glass door for access to the private balcony. The balcony has comfortable seating so you can enjoy the beach from the convenience of the condo - day or night. br Should you need to exercise indoors or spread out for game night, the building offers an exercise room and game room with a pool table for your use.br To ensure maximum convenience, we have a new washer/dryer in the condo for you to use as needed. In addition, an on-site storage unit holds beach chairs, a beach cart, toys, shovels, kites, anything you may need to enjoy a day at the beach. A special perk about our condo: we are situated at the border between the drive beach and the drive-free beach. Take it all in on your private balcony or walk directly out of the lobby to the largest pool in Daytona and down onto our beautiful beach.brbrThis is Harbour Beach Resort, an eight story resort in the best location on the the strip, not too close to the crowds, but close enough to the pier and Ocean Walk to walk. Harbour Beach is a beautiful facility and lacks the noise and rowdiness of other 'resorts'. brbrYour 1 bedroom condo unit contains a fully functional kitchen complete with 4 burner stove, oven, full size refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, blender and toaster. All cooking and eating utensils are provided along with pots, pans and flatware. The only thing you will need are groceries. The living room provides a 46' LED TV, pullout sofa and dining table and floor to ceiling sliding glass doors and windows. Step onto your private balcony and enjoy a glass of wine while relaxing in the provided seating area.brbrA separate bedroom contains 2 full size beds. And a word about beds. We have found over the years that nobody enjoys their vacation if they do not sleep well. Our beds use 10 memory foam mattresses. We change our mattresses at the first sign of wear. You will sleep VERY well. The mattresses are supported by an articulating base which is motor driven to allow you adjust your back angle when you feel like reding or watching TV. We even have another 50 TV in the bedroom. Off the bedroom is a full walk-in shower and lots of cabinet space. brbrThis condo has hardwood flooring throughout, freshly painted interiors and fresh bathroom renovations.
