-Hurricane balcony doors should only be opened and closed when the front door to the property is CLOSED. Any damage to property and contents will be the responsibility of the guest to pay for damage repairs or replacement of contents.
-Tenants cant open the front door and the patio at the same time - it is dangerous (front or middle door to unit may slam extremely hard due to wind suction force)
-Tenants must follow any Condominium (HOA) and Owner rules and regulations.
-The tenant must cover the couch in the living room if person is wet or dirty at all times. The couch is a sleeper sofas.
- All contents except pool towels MUST remain in the property. Missing contents like eating and drinking utensils will be charged a fee for replacement.
