Upon entering this newly renovated 8th floor beachfront beauty, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with built in bar seating for two, a dining area for 6 that joins the living room overlooking the Atlantic. The primary bedroom welcomes you with plush bedding and an en suite bath. Two additional bedrooms down a separate hallway overlook the Intercoastal and cityscape of Daytona Beach, sharing the second bath. During the installation of the new doors and windows, we took the time to fully revamp our beautiful place. All new paint, flooring, furniture and decor elevates your experience. brThe new balcony doors and windows are wonderful and leads out to the wrap around balcony, which extends from the living area to the master bedroom. And another balcony on the west side overlooking the Intercoastal. brOur beach is hardly ever crowded, which makes beach time so much more enjoyable. Oceanfront balcony entrance / exit. brbrTo the left of the living room is the master bedroom which boasts a king size bed, additional seating, a wall mounted smart tv, walk in closets, and a private balcony entrance and exit. The huge master bathroom include a garden tub, his/her sinks, and a large walk in shower. brbrThe oceanfront balcony includes cushion seating for the whole family as well as a large outdoor dining table overlooking the beautiful aqua blue ocean. Also situated outside is a grilling station equipped with an electric Weber Grill for your grill masters perfect vacation. brbrNavigate back to the entry where you will see the completely renovated white gourmet chefs kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is outfitted with everything you need to cook to make your vacation that much better. (the range over the stove is not working) brbrDown the hallway you will come up to bedrooms 2 & 3 which each include king beds, smart tvs, private bathrooms with walk in showers, and private balcony entrance/exit to the intracoastal sunset balcony. brbrThe hallway will lead you to beach equipment stored in the closets, the laundry room with full size washer/dryer, and a half bathroom.brbrThis condo is nothing short of magnificent. You will be in absolute paradise Making Waves of memories with your family and friends. brbrbrOCEAN VISTAS AMENITIES: brbrOcean Vistas is widely considered the Crown Jewel of rental places in Daytona Beach. Ocean Vistas features a 75ft heated outdoor pool and a gorgeous hot tub. A full size oceanfront fitness center complete with a sauna room, a business center for those who need to work while on vacation, a community room complete with a billiards table for that unexpected rainy day, a commercial ice machine, and so much more!brbrbr*****OTHER THINGS TO NOTE*****brbrMinimum age: 25 - (this means the primary renter needs to be over 25)brbr1. Being transparent as possible -- Instead of charging a high security deposit or having you pay a non-refundable fee to VRBO for their coverage (which is not enough coverage) we have sought out a higher limit 3rd party coverage for incidentals. Our cost is $145 and is marked as an admin fee. This covers you for the vast majority of incidental damage to the unit that could happen. This solves two things. 1. We do not have to collect a huge security deposit from you. 2. More importantly it solves the damage claim process which VRBO had traditionally made hosts aim their damage claim at the guest first seeking payment before they would step in and pay. You MUST follow the checkout instructions in the binder given to you prior to checking out of your unit.brbr3. Do not hang anything over the balcony railings. brbr4. Wash the sand off of you and your beach belongings prior to coming up to the unit.brbr5. Be kind, courteous, and respectful of all staff, owners, and other rental guests staying. brbr6. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. brbr7. The amenities such as the pool and fitness center cannot be used after 10pm. Breaking this rule can result in the condo association overruling me and asking a guest to leave. brbr8. Please do not do drugs or bring drugs into the unit. (This will result in an automatic termination of your stay).brbr9. Please do not take the towels or pillows with you. (Yes people do this) brbr10. If you break something please notify us right away you have damage insurance that protects us both.brbr11. This is so you know your way around the building and do not get lost.brbr13. You cannot have additional guests in the building or using the amenities that are not on your registration document.
