Spacious home on top of a hill. You can see for miles from the backyard which is a rare find in Florida. You can see the Citrus Tower which is approximately 7 miles away and is a Clermont landmark. You can watch the nightly Disney fireworks from the comfort of the lanai or out in the fenced in green space. Almost each room has its own bathroom with the exception of 2 rooms that do share a bathroom. The sofa bed is upstairs in the bonus room which is a large space with a full bathroom. The main area is a great room with a living room, kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is beyond fully equipped with loads of counter space. It has an enormous island which has 4 barstools for additional seating and easy mingling. This home is great for enjoying family time while also giving everyone a sense of privacy in their rooms. The neighborhood is great for an afternoon walk. Very safe with very little traffic. You will be close enough to enjoy all the theme parks Orlando has to offer but far enough to be away from the hustle of the touristy area. If you enjoy cycling, the streets in Clermont offer rolling hills for training. You'll encounter lots of other cyclists who come to the area specifically for the terrain. Lake Louisa State Park is just down the street and offers trails as well as lake access and lots of activities such as kayaking, picicking, and horse back riding. You are surrounded by the chain of lakes if boating is of interest. Many of these lakes also have small beaches and great walking trails. Clermont really is a central Florida gem and this home allows you to enjoy it in comfort.
