Pool/spa heating temperature in winter/colder months cannot be completely guaranteed. Pool heat is only available for the entire stay and must be requested and paid for at least 24 hours before check in. 5. BBQ Grill rental is available for additional prices. The grill comes ready to use with a full tank of propane. 6. Garbage Collection: All Trash must be placed in 13-gallon trash bags, all cardboard should be broken down, please avoid placing liquids inside the bin, do not leave loose trash inside the bin. Trash will be collected according to the community set up. Please use only sealed trash bags and take garbage out to a collection bin near front door to be taken away by local Service. 7. This will be a self-catering house. We supply the home with one roll of toilet paper per toilet, one roll of paper towels, guest soaps for each sink, two garbage bags and one dishwashing tablet. Please bring or purchase other personal items that you require.brbrDue to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.
