This waterfront unit is part of a 2 story 10-unit complex on the border of Dunedin and Clearwater. This unit is on the second of two floors. There is no elevator at the property. This unit has its own private patio with outdoor furniture facing the water. If you have multiple groups, message me about the other available units at this property! There is one shared washer/dryer on the property on the second floor. One bedroom has a queen sized bed and the other bedroom has a king sized bed. Inflatable mattress available upon request.
