Beachfront Oasis with Amazing Views Clearwater Beach

Great condo we had a wonderful time you done a beautiful job of Reno I had to buy a hairdryer as there wasn’t one there left it.The only complaint would be the beds they need to be upgraded. The pool,beach and view you couldn’t beat will definitely rebook Thanks Sandra we had a great vacation

The place was very nice, had everything we needed, and a excellent location. We had a couple of questions and concerns, and the owner answered them quickly and resolved any issues we had.

The condo was beautiful. Newly updated, perfect view of the ocean, short walk to private beach, shopping and eating across the street, close drive to pier 60 where you can go dolphin watching, boat cruises, excellant restaraunts. We had a wonderful time and would definately rent Sandras codo again.

Sand Key beach is a perfect destination. The beach is one of the best I have seen. Now, the Condo!!...how can I put it in words to describe it? The place is just perfect!!...The condo has everything we needed. It is very clean, the kitchen is well supplied. Living room has really comfortable furnitures, including a big wide 65'' tv and electric fireplace. In the morning you sit comfortably on the bistro chairs of the front walkway, with a coffee and enjoy the sunrise...and in the end of your day at the beach, a good glass of wine to enjoy the sunset on the gulf side balcony. Overall the condo location is wonderful and so is the pool area. Thank you so much Sandra for setting up your place so welcoming for me and my family and make our vacation as one to remember. We will no doubt come back and make it a yearly project!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was very comfortable and conveniently located to shopping and great restaurants. Morning views of the sunrise and evening sunsets. Nice pool and hot tub, everything well maintained. All the guests and staff were very friendly. We loved it !!

From the first day there were ants around the kitchen sink and on the counter. Owner said they were sugar ants and to put liquid dish soap around sink (still had ants our entire stay, gross). Right refrigerator door didn't open all the way. Coffee maker dirty and had water in reservoir, gross. Chairs on balcony had paint that stuck to my arms. Whirlpool tub in master bedroom was very outdated and very dirty including mold on the whirlpool tub fixtures along with a really bad caulking job, super gross. No pad on ironing board cover was taped to ironing board. Two spatulas were melted. Dishes, silverware and cookware dirty, gross.. Cookware had pieces of food cooked onto it. Storage door on balcony need replacement as did the bedroom door which was in bad shape. Chairs on the walkway, also referred to balcony were in bad shape and not usable. Cable TV was changed from analog to digital in October and TV in master bedroom did not have cable hooked up. Owner said they had not made a decision about the cable but they arranged to have it hooked up after we were there a week. TV in second bedroom was only for playing video games. Shower for guest bedroom totally outdated. Holding the mirror over the sink in pace was an egg carton. Kitchen faucet needed to be in the cold water position in order to completely turn off. According to the cleaning lady it has been like that for awhile. There was crud where the after market bidet was connected to the toilet in both bathrooms, very gross! Entire condo needed serious repairs and a good paint job. If I were to rate this place for cleanliness I would rate it a 0 on a scale from 1-10 with 1 being the worst. The views I would rate a 10. I will never stay here again, nor will I recommend it to anyone. I also have serious doubts about VRBO and the listings they sponsor or advertise, are they all in disgusting shape? I will never use VRBO again nor will I recommend VRBO to anyone. I have pictures of all the items mentioned above if anyone is interested. Also, I don't expect this review to go very far and seriously doubt it will be available for prospective renters.

The pictures of this property do not do it justice . The property is maintained to a very high standard and everything is provided that you could need .Sandra and her family provide a personal approach and make you feel very welcome to stay in their home . The views over the Gulf Of Mexico are priceless .

Location, location, location! 16th floor and oceanfront with awesome views of the ocean on one side and the bay on the other. We just stayed in this condo in August. The furniture, bedding etc. were updated and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked if you like to cook. I don't, so there are some really good restaurants across the street. Plenty of fluffy bath towels as well as beach towels. The owners have also provided beach chairs, umbrellas etc, and a cart. The beach was not crowded, water was crystal clear most days and there were so many shells. The pool and hot tub are nice if you don't like to stay at the beach. I stayed one week by myself and felt completely safe. If you are looking for a rental on Sand Key this is a great one. We would absolutely stay here again and owners were very easy to work with.
