If you are looking for shade, there is enough space to relax under the large canopy on the terrace. For excessive sun lovers we have a big sun deck down by the tiki hut. Fishermans will have a great time here. The mangroves are just 500ft from here. You can expect all the various fish species the Gulf of Mexico offers.brbrOf course you can book a suitable boat for the house. Boaters get their money's worth at this house. You have very quick boat access to the Gulf of Mexico. Long tours through the almost endless channel system are no longer necessary. You will be on the open water in 20 minutes. We therefore recommend using the in-house boat, which can be booked separately.brbrThe conversion of the villa was characterized by the idea to make the house bright, spacious and open. From the light-flooded living area you get into all rooms.
