Situated directly on the canal, it has a private dock off the backyard where guests can enjoy fishing, manatee and dolphin sightings or watch the sunrise and sunset. There is a screened-in lanai that houses a swimming pool, BBQ, TV, stand-up bar and large patio for dining outdoors. The pool is NOT HEATED however, can be for a fee during March to October. Inside the home you'll find an open concept layout that seamlessly connects the living, dining and conversation rooms designed with relaxation in mind. Seaside Serenity is carefully crafted with vinyl plank flooring, stone countertops and high-end furnishings. The kitchen is tailored to meet your every need while also providing space for entertaining with a pass through window. Just off the kitchen holds a fully functioning coffee bar with both a Nespresso and Keurig coffee maker. A beverage fridge is also included to ensure you never run out while enjoying the outdoors. The secluded primary bedroom has been thoughtfully designed with a California king size bed and plush luxury linens ensuring a restful nights sleep. The en-suite bathroom features double sinks, a large walk-in shower with 3 shower heads, Brooklinen or The Loft plush towels and makeup vanity. The laundry closet is equipped with everything you need to ensure having fresh clothes or towels during your stay. Our home has been renovated with a fresh new nautical theme. Located on a deep water canal with direct access to the best fishing spots in the Tampa Bay Area. This home features 3 bedrooms, a kitchen with dining area, game room, living room and 2 bathrooms. Open porch in the front and enclosed lanai which features a beautiful salt water HEATED pool. Nov 1st through March 31st. 76-83 degrees max. Please keep in mind that outside temperature must remain at about 60 degrees for water temperature to reach ideal warmth. If it’s cold outside, meaning below 60 degrees, heater will not be able to keep up and it is beyond our control. It is not a hot tub and it can not function as one. brGarage is not accessible to guests as it is used by a owners as private quarters (small studio) when guests are using the main house. There is no access to the home from the garage and no amenities are shared! brBoat lift is not included in the rental. For boat lift fees and accessibility, please contact us. There is a private laundry room on site. Plenty of games for the kids, kayaks and a couple bikes. Please note that there is a Vivint alarm system on the property which includes camera/audio surveillance/ recording by the pool area and front door for the safety and security of our guests. Audio surveillance not used. Gatherings and parties will not be tolerated. Quiet neighborhood ideal for families.

My vacation rental is a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom pool home located in Apollo Beach, Apollo Beach is a quiet waterfront community that provides year-round boating, fishing and other water activities. The home is renovated with upgraded fixtures and stainless steel appliances and a pool that is heated from November 1st thru April with an LED color changing light . The home has an oversized 4 car driveway . The master bedroom has a new king size bed, with a 55” tv a private en-suite bath with a Jacuzzi tub and separate stand up shower with a sliding door that leads to the lanai and the pool., fenced in back yard for privacy and sit around the fire pit on a cooler night. The 2nd bedroom has a new queen sized bed with a 32 inch tv. The 3rd bedroom also has a queen size bed. . There is a 75 in flat screen TV in the living room with an electric fireplace. Also included is iWiFi and cable streaming. Board games and all pool rafts and toys are located inside the garage for your use. There is a security camera located above the driveway for security. Enjoy a day at the manatee viewing center just 2.1 miles from the home or just sit back and relax by the water and enjoy the sunsets that all the locals love at the Apollo Beach Nature Preserve just 2.5 miles away. Disney and other attractions in Orlando are just over a hour away and a 30 min drive to Adventure Island and Busch Gardens. Solar blanket is also available to help retain temperature from dropping at night. brAlthough Florida is the sunshine state, we do get some cold days and overcast from December to February that can impact the temperature of the pool and render it not as enjoyable.br All pool heaters including electric heater will not work at temperatures below 50°. brPlease check weather and temperature before booking if you wish to be using the pool.brbr●Free Kayak usage throughout the stay with all 4 day bookings.brbr●Free 1 hour of 2 Jet Ski usage with all 7 day stays. Additional hours or full day Jet Ski rental available to purchase. Inquire for Special pricing.br●Enjoy the whole space, but keep the water activities to the pool area.
