Experience - The Area... Appletree Court is a small development of three tastefully presented apartments which have been built on the site of an old Cornish apple orchard. Located in an elevated position at the top of a hill in the heart of the maritime town of Falmouth, Appletree Court apartments are ideal for guests wishing to visit Cornwall without transport as the bus, train and ferry links that service Falmouth and surrounding areas are very good. Each apartment has an off road, dedicated parking space too. Just around the corner from Appletree Court is a lovely pub called the Seaview Inn which does exactly what it says on the tin! The Inn serves food at lunchtime and in the evenings and has outside seating to take in the lovely views. A few minutes' walk down to Market Street in Falmouth, which has a variety of high street and independent shops and galleries to peruse. At the far end of Market Street is the world famous National Maritime Museum with a selection of cafes, pubs and restaurants along the way.
