Little Sandy Hollow is ideally situated in a central location for both the beach and the picturesque village of Croyde. It's location makes it ideal for days on the beach, with a peaceful setting for relaxing, finishing with an easy stroll to the village for meals out, ice creams or a take away from the many options in and around Croyde village. The sunsets can be stunning here, watching from the beach or the sand dunes or down the road at Downend Point, all are within easy walking distance. An evening stroll around Baggy Headland, National Trust, is a favourite of ours and many others. This can be as long or short as you want with plenty of seats for a rest to take in the fabulous views. There are certainly lots of options which make it easy to leave the car for the day. brbrThis area of North Devon has so much to offer if you wish to have some days exploring the local area. From wide open beaches of Woolacombe and the rugged smaller beaches of the north coast to the open moor lands of Exmoor National Park and steep wooded valleys in and around Lynmouth and the Valley of the Rocks. There is certainly lots to explore both for the adults and children. It is a comfortable, well equipped and ideal location for both a family with young children or 2 adults. brbrIt is a 2 floor self-contained annex with a separate private side access to the property, with key safe . Off street parking for 1 car is available in the front of the property. It is adjoined to the main property where we, the owners Malcolm&Gini live. We are often away on day trips, overnight visits to family in Bristol and Somerset or off to our allotment in the village.
