The twin bedroom has two single beds in a spacious room next door to the family bathroom with bath / toilet. Superbly located within walking distance of the shops, bars, restaurants and cafes of Braunton, Ambrose is also just 5-10 minutes by car from Saunton Sands and Croyde Bay. A perfect getaway. Ambrose Cottage allows a home from home experience with all the facilities you would expect. A fully equipped kitchen, beautiful bathrooms and cosy living area to relax! The courtyard to the front of the cottage is perfect from al - fresco dining and soaking up the sun! We are happy for an additional child to stay in a travel cot or blow up bed - just ask! The whole property is accessible to our guests allowing you the freedom to enjoy a home from home experience. Guests are welcome to contact us anytime and we will respond as soon as possible. Braunton is a busy village with lovely shops, fantastic restaurants and some great pubs all within walking distance of the house. The beaches of Saunton Sands, Croyde and Woolacombe are close by and easily accessible by car or bus. Ambrose has parking for 1 car and is a very short walk from the bus stop. Local taxi services are listed in the Welcome Pack in the property. Guests are welcome to bring a 5th guest if happy to use a camp bed or travel cot.

Our 'Snug' features a spacious kitchen/dining/living area adorned with beautiful decorations. For delightful sunny evenings, we provide a BBQ for outdoor dining. The bedroom offers the perfect cozy cottage ambiance that you'll experience at 'The Snug'. 'The Snug' is the smaller of two converted barns forming part of the courtyard to one of Braunton’s oldest houses. 'The Snug' has an open planned living area and decorated beautifully! There is a newly renovated (2022) small utility area with a washing machine and bathroom with a walk-in shower with modern stylish finishes. Guests have their own outside area composing of both grass and patio, perfect for 'al fresco' dining and letting four legged friends stretch their legs. 'The Sung' has its own entrance and parking for one car in a shared parking space provided. Nicky and Martin live in the main house and will give you space to enjoy your holiday whilst being available should you require them. Situated close to the centre of the village, the holiday homes are within easy reach of Braunton’s shops, restaurants and pubs. Braunton is the gateway to North Devon’s surfing area, and the well renowned beaches of Croyde, Saunton and Woolacombe offer some of the best sandy beaches and surf in the country. The backdrop to these beaches is the stunning South West Coast Path which offers some excellent walking with lovely views over the sea. Braunton is on the main bus route to local towns, villages and beaches. Although the cottage has 1 x king size bed, we do also accept young children and provide a travel cot and high chair (Please notify us if this is required). A perfectly situated cottage in Braunton in North Devon, with everything you need just a few steps away! Fully equipped with all you need for a perfect getaway for 2. Just a short drive and you will have access to Saunton beach and Croyde beach. We welcome your pets to enjoy a holiday too. We love this cottage and we know you will too. The garden side is separate from the house however is delightful to sit and enjoy a lovely sundowner. A cosy entrance into a lovely lounge with a beautiful fire place. Just off the lounge is a kitchen with everything you need. Going up the stairs to a very spacious bedroom with a king bed and built in cupboards. The bathroom is next to the bedroom with a large shower only and toilet with basin. To sit outside, you will exit the front door to the enclosed garden right next to the cottage where you can enjoy sundowners in the sun-trapped patio area. We do not provide wood for the log burner but our local shops just a few steps away sell all you need. You will have access to the whole house and the garden area which is next to the house through a separate gate entrance Should you need assistance during your stay or need to report anything that’s not right just give us a call. A stone throw away from some lovely local shops and restaurants. Being a surfing town, there are many shops to browse and get your kit. A short drive to Saunton can take you 5-10 minutes. There is also a bus route just on the main road. The Tarka trail is great for walks with dogs or even cycling to explore the great scenic surroundings. Pet friendly No logs supplied for log burner

Diana's Cottage, the former dairy is set on a farming estate in the popular village of Braunton in North Devon. This recently renovated cottage oozes charm and character throughout, but has been thoughtfully furnished to offer couples and small families comfortable accommodation in a wonderful rural setting. brbrInside the cottage, a bright and spacious living room with a high vaulted ceiling features large comfy sofas, a flat screen TV and a DVD player . A large kitchen is equipped with everything needed for a self-catering holiday and features a lovely dining area with enough seating for 5. Appliances include an electric Aga, separate electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge and chest freezer. brbrA staircase from the kitchen leads up to the first floor, where guests can find the two bedrooms and a family bathroom. There is a large well-presented master bedroom with a king-sized bed, as well as a second bedroom with three full size single beds. Guests should note there are a number of steps leading down to the 2nd bedroom, and there are low beams and sloping ceilings in this bedroom. The bathroom is fitted with a bath and shower overhead, and wash basin. There is a separate WC next to the bathroom.brbrWhen not relaxing in the cottage, venture out to your own secret private garden, which is hidden behind a high wood gate and wall. The garden, which is enclosed, is mainly laid to lawn and features a table and chairs for summer afternoon BBQs and a selection of outdoor games. Guests will also have access to an outside tap to wash off sandy or muddy boots. brbr1 dog is welcome at Diana's Cottage. There is an additional charge of £30 to bring your dog. Putsborough Sands is also a short walk via an idyllic country lane. Two double bedrooms and two twin rooms (photos to follow of room 4) mean 8 people can sleep comfortably here. Not suitable for those with cat allergies/ a dislike of cats as our friendly cat comes with the house!
