This is a very quiet condo located between Rehoboth and Dewey. There is a total of 4 units. Two units are attached and separated by the other two units, with a combined parking area, with 2 parking spaces for this unit. It is an easy 4-5 block walk to the ocean, and you don't have to cross any major highways. The condo is about a half mile to the south end of the Rehoboth boardwalk. This rental also comes with a Dewey Beach parking pass, for nights you want to drive to town for dinner. br The (3) bedrooms are all located on the second floor. There is 1 queen and 2 full beds. There is a full bath upstairs in between the bedrooms. There is another half bath downstairs, and 2 outdoor showers. brIn an effort to keep our rental rates reasonable, we ask you to bring your own sheets and towels to this property.
