The house was about a block or so down the road, it was very close to the boardwalk shops and restaurants. We had a lovely, peaceful stay.

The house is great. A great location close to the boardwalk and many of the stores. Lots of bedrooms with comfortable beds and lots of social space in the living area and kitchen. The hosts are really responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

This is a wonderful property and really supports a big group not only in bedrooms but in common areas too! We appreciate all the great room seating and the 2 dish washers! The location can't be beat! The hosts are wonderful at providing all the info needed and are extremely responsive. We have stayed here multiple times and it has always been excellent. Can't wait to return again next year!

The house was just right for us plus our 20 children and grandchildren. The location was perfect. The teens and almost teens walked about two minutes to Zelky's Beach Arcade to play games and the grownups walked to Above The Dunes daily for Happy Hour. We also walked to Rigby's Bar and Grill on Sunday evening for karaoke and had a blast. We ordered pizza from Louie's one night and everyone loved it. It was great having two dishwashers and refrigerators. The only issues were 1. the house could some new more comfortable beds and 2. the trash bins were barely adequate for our large crowd

Our family loves this house. Lots of room, close to the boardwalk for the kids and their scooters, and a great kitchen. Also the host was very responsive.

Love this place - this was 2nd year staying here for our family Rehoboth weekend and have already booked for 2026. Perfect location close to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, can walk everywhere. Love the open plan kitchen/living/dining room, makes a great gathering space for our family of 7 55, 10 22-40s, and two grandkids (5&7). Kitchen is well-stocked, plenty of dishes for cooking and eating for a crowd.

This was an amazing house. It was actually better than what was listed. The check in information provided by the host was perfect and very detailed. Every room in the house was spacious and clean. The proximity to the beach was just right, only a 30 second walk to the boardwalk. The communication while there between us and the host was nice. They checked in with us periodically throughout our time there just in case we needed anything. The house also was very accessible for our wheelchair use. The portable ramp came in handy, we had plenty of room to navigate it through the doors, hallways, and in the bathroom. I would highly recommend this host and house if you are looking for a spacious house for a large group that's close to everything.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! What else can I say. Even for those of our party that were less mobile, the VERY SHORT distance to the beach was manageable. The beach view from the front porch and the 3rd floor loft was spectacular as were the views of the sunrise each morning which were out of this world!!! The constant sound of the waves breaking on the shore was heard from our open windows or the screened in porch. The kitchen was stocked with so much more than we expected. The open space on the main floor made it easy for everyone in our party to visit while preparing meals. Our host was very responsive to all our questions before and after our stay. The photos of the house on the website depicted exactly what we found. It was immaculate, with beautiful decor throughout. Most of our party is ready to book our next visit at this property. We were spoiled rotten and can't imagine going anywhere else for a family vacation!!!

The house was close to Funland, the boardwalk and town. Everything about the house suited our stay. It was very clean and spacious. Chris, the host, was quick to answer our questions. Definitely will stay here again!

My extended family and I have stayed at this property for a number of years. It is clean and lovely and has all of the kitchen accessories and beach chairs we could want. The owner is very responsive when needed and not at all intrusive. The location is incredible - literally steps from the beach, boardwalk, and Funland. We’ve already booked our stay for next summer! Highly recommended!

The property is generally very well maintained and furnished. The host was welcoming. We did wish there were an extra trash and recycle container or a trash compacter. This was our family's second visit to this location.

This house has it all from doubles on dishwashers, microwaves, and refrigerators to plenty of bathrooms and beds. The outdoor shower is not only functional but bright, airy, and well kept. Beach chairs, an umbrella, and boogie boards were all available to facilitate beach time. The house has plenty of room for adventure with a fun loft area for the kids. Gather the family and enjoy this exceptional house.

Twenty teachers went to the beach for our 5th annual weekend trip. This house was perfect! It had plenty of space. We loved it! We will be booking again for next year. Owner was amazing!

Plenty of room for couples/families to be able to have their own space. A great space for lots of cousins to sleep together. Enough space to eat and hang out together. Well stocked kitchen, including an interesting assortment of spices and glasses. Plenty of puzzles and games.Easy access to shops to get your treats, meals, souvenirs, bikes, etc within a few minute walk. Also to get to the beach. Trash and recycling cans were moved to the street on the right days, so you just needed to be sure to use them. Chris was very welcoming and responsive. We felt like he cared about us and his home. This is a very comfortable home. Clean. Neat. Places to hang loads of coats, etc. Room to move. Room to put all the stuff we brought.I recommend this home and would be very happy to stay there again.

We were ten women gathering for an annual reunion. House was perfect for us - and having two dishwashers helped a lot! Easy walks to beach and shops. The owner was incredibly responsive to all our questions and had a minor plumbing problem fixed immediately. Highly recommend.

TL;DR: I'd whole heartedly recommend this listing to others and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. You can tell a lot of work went into making this house ready to welcome large groups and families. Lots of bedrooms, many with multiple beds. Two large dining tables make it easy to have meals together. Having tables in the back yard is a great touch. The second refrigerator is a huge help, too. It is extremely well located, with easy access to the beach, boardwalk, stores bars and restaurants. We stayed off season, so parking wasn't an issue, but I imagine if you're a large group with more than like three of four cars in the height of summer, I imagine you might need to strategize parking. I completely understand why bedding and towels aren't included, but I sure wish they were. I should also add that this was very clearly communicated ahead of time, so we weren't surprised. I just don't like it. We did experience one small issue during our stay, but the owner was very communicative and was quick to fix the issue. Overall, great house and great host.

The location of this house is hard to beat! Getting to park once and be just steps away from the boardwalk and beach is amazing! We had a lovely stay!

This house worked perfectly for our family of 16 ranging in age from 4 to 64. Steps away from the beach and restaurants, pretty quiet this time of year (mid-Sept). Chris was very responsive to texts. We are planning to come back again next year!

The house was more than accommodating with all the bedrooms and bathrooms. We came with families and young children and they thoroughly enjoyed the top rooms with the beds and trundles! The location was unbeatable and close to the beach, boardwalk and downtown! There were some minor issues but Chris was responsive and great to communicate with! This spacious property is a welcome destination for us every summer. Its location, amenities, and owner make it a real jewel. We have stayed at many properties in Dewey and Rehoboth: None of them come close to this.

Location is amazing - steps from beach, Funland and food. Large common area, great kitchen with two dishwashers and tons of bedrooms and bathrooms for large family groups. Porch is also a great way to enjoy the property. Have stayed several times over the years and will keep coming back!
