LUXURY BEACH BLOCKHOME in the Pines ,Rehoboth Beach- UPDATED AMENITIES

My family and I stayed over Labor Day weekend and had a wonderful time. There are plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms. The home is cozy and comfortable. Super close to the beach. We would stay again.

My family and I stayed in this immaculate beautifully appointed beach house for two weeks and enjoyed every moment. The house is spacious and comfortable, the bedrooms are quiet and the kitchen is well-stocked with high end appliances. I particularly appreciated the exceptional outdoor spaces. The porch front has both a sitting and dining area and the screened in porch above was great on rainy days. Plus there are two dinning spaces and a grill in the back yard. It is about a block and a half walk to the beach and a 10 minutes walk to Rehoboth's Main Avenue. Communication with the host was wonderful and responsive. We can't wait to book again!

This was our second stay at this lovely property. We had a wonderful and relaxing week and hope to make this house our annual fall retreat. The host is very responsive, and the location is perfect - quiet neighborhood - close to the beach and walkable to downtown. When we unlocked the front door and walked in, it felt like home!

Great simple booking process

The house was a delight to stay in. The home was immaculate and there were many comfortable spaces in which to relax. We particularly enjoyed the sun room, the upstairs porch and the upstairs master bedroom suite. The location was perfect—a 5 minute walk to an uncrowded beach and an easy walk into town. It was very easy to communicate with Alexia any time we had a question. We can’t wait to come back!

The property was just as described - it was well furnished and equipped with pretty much everything we needed. Lots of different places to lounge both inside and out. And clean (very important to our group) . The owner/manager was very responsive to messages/questions. The Pines is a fantastic place - we love that section of Rehoboth - quiet, beautiful pines and assorted plantings, lovely homes, charming; The house is only steps to the beach and a short walk to the boardwalk and the downtown area. Close to restaurants; a quick drive to a Fresh Market. We hope to visit this property again!

We loved our family stay here! it's just a short six minute (max) walk to the beach and easy access to all of the restaurants that you want to visit in Rehoboth.

Alexia was great at communicating with us before, during and after our stay. A few of the particulars about amenities did not come through on the mobile listing which seems to be an issue with Vrbo, so make sure to look at the full webpage for all details. The house is walking distance to the beach and downtown Rehoboth which was amazing :) We walked the beach the entire way back from the boardwalk! The house is cute with a nice backyard and plenty of spaces for everyone to hang out and a lot of kitchen tools. The one room listed as a queen and a pull out is actually two queen pull out couches on the upstairs enclosed porch with access only through two of the other bedrooms. The pull out sofa was very comfortable, but inconvenient when the person staying on the porch needed to get up in the middle of the night or earlier than those in the walk through bedrooms. All in all a wonderful stay for the weekend.

Loved the house and the location. Owner was very responsive and made sure house was ready for us and our young children. Very appreciative that checking in and out was flexible. Would highly recommend!
