Our stay here was wonderful. It was a close walk to the boardwalk, beach, and restaurants. The house was clean and provided everything we needed and more. We had a fantastic mom's getaway.

This was a corporate retreat. Great property for a company retreat or for multiple families.

Repeat renter. Property is large enough to accomodate our group. Everything workds, Home is in great shape, and we enjoyed the entire stay.

Third time booking it, great house as always, very well laid out for large friend groups.

Beautiful, large and clean house in a great location right by the boardwalk. House was able to comfortably accommodate 6 families. Kitchen was well equipped. For our large group and the house as large as it is, it would be nice to have another separate living area besides the main floor. However, the house description and floor plans were accurate, so this is no fault of the house. Overall a great rental!

The house is great, refrigerator was double size and this helps so much with a large group. I love the common spaces and each bedroom was perfect. Great stay.

The kitchen and dining area were the 2 places we congregated. There was enough room for all 17 of us to be together but also enough space to head to our rooms for a little getaway.

This house is an amazing place to stay. Close to the boardwalk. The owner is great to work with and makes the reservation easy. Can’t wait to stay here again next year for the third time.

Beautiful place! The only frustration we had is the huge and really nice fridge in the kitchen, has such narrow depth that we had hard time using it. Thankful for the extra fridge on the porch that can hold pizza boxes, etc.

Great property in a great location

Pictures do not do the property justice. The location was great for access to the beach and boardwalk. The off street parking was great for the family vehicles. We had a wonderful stay. The only thing was the fact that we did not know we had to rent bed sheets for each bed in the house.

Beautiful large well appointed house. Had all the items needed for a large family vacation, double dishwashers, double garbage, double washer/dryers, and plenty space for our large family vacation.

Excellent house for very large families. We've stayed many years and have been extremely satisfied.

Check in took a while - almost 2 hours after promised but the house was great, right by the beach!

Very simply, when we found out that we had to provide our own sheets and towels, people were in airports and airplanes, flying from San Diego, Denver, Kansas City and Miami. THIS SHOULD BE IN BOLD PRINT IN THE HOUSE DESCRIPTION. Once we found out, we had to scramble to rent sheets and towels with the “welcome email” stating that there are several place available, but not giving us the names or number of those places. (who on top of renting sheets and towels, charge for delivery, as they do not have a storefront to go and pick them up. Once we got settled, it was wonderful for our large family, gathering for a memorial weekend to commemorate a mother/ grandmother/ great grandmother who passed away last year.

The property is great, centrally located and a short walk to the boardwalk, restaurants and shops.The house is updated and very comfortable for a large group. Everyone appreciated having their own bathroom.The owner is nice and responsive. When there was an internet outage in the area he offered to let me use his office to do an important zoom meeting.Looking forward to staying here again.

We had our family reunion in April and it was a great experience. Not all the Rehobeth attractions were open around us, but plenty were, and the crowds were minimal. The house itself couldn't be in a better spot, and the parking was ample and easy to manage. If anything, the photos of the house undersold how nice it would be. Everything was in perfect working order and better than expected.

This is a great place for a work retreat for a small intimate group. Enough seating for all to sit at the same dining/work table.

We enjoyed the location, and the capacity of the place. Love the open area where all can gather as a group.

The house is great, host was very responsive, location is perfect.

The house was just as it was described. Roomy, well equipped kitchen and good location. Two of the bathrooms had not been cleaned. There were no cleaning products in the house. The owner was easily reached and immediately responded. He offered to send the cleaning crew out first thing in the morning, but bathrooms needed to be cleaned before using.

The home is beautiful and gave us enough space for six families to spread out. The dining room table was large enough for all to play board games and puzzles. The kitchen space and island made it easy for all to be served multiple meals. The location was perfect even during a snowstorm to access local businesses and restaurants.

We used this property as home base for a family wedding. It worked perfectly for us. One small thing to keep in mind is that because of an idiosyncracy of the local laws, you must rent sheets and towels. There are of course local businesses that make this easy, but expect to add another 600 to your costs. But overall a great experience.

We are a group of college friends and their families (now mostly with young children) and get together every New Year's Eve. Our list of requirements for a house that suits our group evolves every year, and this house was perfect! It had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to find a comfortable solution for themselves and their families; the main level was also incredibly spacious so we could spread out. And the proximity to the beach was perfect for walks during our warmer days. The kitchen was very large and perfect for cooking our family meals. All was as advertised, check in was seamless, and we all agreed that we'd gladly consider renting the same house next year!

Our large family (15 people) gathered for Christmas. The place was excellent, lots of space for us to cook and gather. The locale was great for walks on the beach & downtown RB. We enjoyed our stay & will consider a return visit.

The Sea Voice is our running group's go-to for the Rehoboth Beach Marathon race weekend, and once again it was a great place for a large group to stay. Very comfortable and easy to do large meals together, with very convenient location to the race start and finish. Great time as always!

This house perfectly accommodated 31 people across 3 generations. Beds for everyone and plenty of bathrooms. Huge table and counter seating in open floor plan allowed us to enjoy Thanksgiving dinner all togehter. Ample refridgerator space, double oven, two dishwashers in the well equiped kitchen made food prep and clean up very easy. Great location for walks to town and along the boardwalk. We hope to be back in two years!

This was our second time renting this home, when we walked in it was like we were home. Thanks, Tim for a great home. We are a family of 22 and this home is perfect. Walk to the beach, boardwalk, shops, the bar for football. There is a wonderful wrapped porch, the kitchen is amazing, 2 OVENS & 2 DISHWASHERS, HUGE FRIDGE!! There is only one hickup, we do movie night, there isn't enough soft seating in the living room, we pulled the coffee table and brought down single mattress for the kids, but still wasn't enough (only sat 6 adults) the hard chairs filled the void, BUT some backs paid the price that night. Overall, Tim is great, the house is great!!

We had a great time at the Sea Voice. All the girls loved the house and how pretty is was and how comfortable the beds were and how we all had our own bathroom. It was a great stay

Family and friends to celebrate Halloween

We brought the wedding party and family and friends for the weekend after the wedding. The house was perfect!

We had a wonderful time at the SeaVoice house. It is beautiful and its location could not have been better to all the weekend activities.

Lovely get away. You must try. Lovely area to walk to restaurants and shops. Ocean is a hop, ship and jump. Been going 15 years every fall. I loved going and the owner is so kind. Excited every year.

We had such an amazing time at this property! It is so beautiful and spacious in the great room, dining and kitchen. The bedrooms are small, but so nice! The only frustration we experienced was the huge refrigerator had such narrow shelves that we couldn’t even put a small pizza box in it.

The place was great! The location was close to boardwalk and downtown. We enjoyed the screened in porch and upstairs balcony. However parking is a big problem due to the metered parking spaces close to the house and extending 3-4 blocks away. Since we were 12 women golfers we had 6 SUVs. Only 3 fit in the driveway and 1 on the street. So we had to find 2 parking spaces for the cars that didn’t fit. One of us got a $30 parking ticket for a permit that had expired.

Great property, perfect location, and plenty of room!!! Year 3 staying here with our family and we will be back again soon!

Great house for large groups including ours which was 35 people including children. A full bath in every bedroom except for two which shared a bathroom. Most bedrooms were not very big but comfortable enough.

A wonderful location and beautifully updated house for a large group! We found the home very clean with all the amenities and enough space for a family reunion of 30 people.
