Great home in gorgeous lot 10 minute walk to dewey Beach

This house is the perfect place for a quiet family get away. The house is so beautiful with enough space for everyone. The loft space was a hit for the younger kids, it was their own private “indoor” treehouse! Luis is a very gracious host and so accommodating.

We had a great week! The owner was helpful and communicative. The house is beautiful and well equipped and close to many Delaware beaches.

We had a great time. There were only 4 of us so we lots of room to spread out. I slept like a baby. My daughter's online school had begun and she did her classes and was able to ride the bike to the beach and swim after class. The kitchen is exquisite. My husband and I are now also spoiled after showering in a shower that is only a little smaller than our current bathroom.

Very nice home in a secluded and quiet neighborhood. We had a very relaxing stay. Louis, the owner, was very helpful and always available if we had any questions.

Awesome neighborhood. Quiet, yet 5 min bike ride to Cullen Street beach and to Dewey downtown. 10-15 min bike ride to downtown Rehoboth. Perfect for us. Easy to text owner/manager.

We enjoyed our stay. Neighbors were very friendly. Enjoyed biking and walking around the neighborhood. Area has lots to do for adults and kids alike!

Lovely home and neighborhood. Luis is an excellent host. We rented in July 2020. The home provided privacy (distancing!) but easy access to the beach, etc.

I stayed at the property with some of my coworkers while operating a lacrosse event at DE Turf. The property was the perfect place for our group to unwind after long days and Luis was excellent with communication before, during and after our stay.

Quiet neighborhood in a good location. Beach access is a short drive or 20 minute walk away. Very relaxing and nice setting.
