6 Bedrooms 4 Bath House - 2 blocks to the beach

House is perfect, great location - Dave is a GREAT host - would rent here again!

The house was as described and is large and very comfortable, especially for a big family. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, glasses etc. However, you did have to supply your own basics such as paper towels, sponges, trash bags etc. Bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and clean. It has a great location and decorated nicely. However, it is an older home and it's showing it's age and needs a bit of love in certain areas. David, our host was friendly and quick to respond to our questions and needs especially with the leaky refrigerator and problem with the toilet in master bedroom. This is the first time with VRBO so I didn't realize how much we had to supply ourselves. The main thing is we were comfortable, we truly enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful time.

The house is very close to everything, the beach and Rehoboth Ave. 6 Bedrooms lets you accommodate lots of people. The only downside is broken appliances. Toaster didn’t work and no ice makers in the fridge. You have to go to the basement to get ice. Very inconvenient. Overs as beach houses go this was pretty good. Just not 5 star.

Every family member enjoyed this home. Ample dishes and utensils to cook family meals, and the location was excellent.

Enough room for our family with king and queen beds in 4 of the bedrooms. The hot tub was a nice touch.

The first 2 days were cool so the hot tub was great! The beach and boardwalk were a short walk, the only downside was there were a lot of people walking by the house which made it a little noisy at night, not a problem for us. David was quick to respond when we had a question. Lots of room, great trip!

We (family of 6) had a wonderful stay at David's house in Rehoboth. It is exactly as pictured in the listing. The house is very comfortable, with lots of space to hang out. The kitchen has everything you need, including 2 refrigerators. There are 2 outdoor seating areas. We were a close walk to the beach and all of the stores on Rehoboth Ave.

Great house to share with family for the weekend! Would definitely do it again! House was clean, and spacious, with plenty of bedrooms for everyone to have privacy, and sleep well!

Every year a group of us rent a house in Rehoboth to celebrate our October birthdays. This house was wonderful. Nice rooms, great outdoor space with a hot tub, lovely common space. And a lovely owner. Highly recommended.

Week with family. Wonderful and memorable

We had a great stay at Rehobeth. David’s home was perfect for us. The location is a short walk to the beach and a short walk to the main part of town. We loved having two patios and had all of our dinners outside at the larger table. The kitchen is well stocked. Some of the bathrooms were just remodeled. The house accommodated our group well, with some rooms further away from the main spaces downstairs. Our youngest guests easily took their naps in the quiet away from the others. There were a few small quirks we experienced that are normal house things— such as the upstairs AC (the house has 2 thermostats!) needed us to throw the breakers switch in the basement to get it running (we started the week with cool weather and the heat on and ended it with hot weather and AC) and one of the fridge’s ice makers didn’t work (the house has 2 fridges! But there is an ice maker in the basement.). But David was super super responsive, kind, and helpful. We’d love to stay again.
