Luxury 4BR Townhouse, 2 Primary Bedrooms, east of route 1, POOL, close to beach

Stayed here before and it’s always a great time.

We had a wonderful beach week in Rehoboth. The house was perfect for our family of 5 and friends. It was walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops and…best of all…Revelation Brewing. Thank you Cheryl! The Scranton FamilyLancaster, PAAugust 2-9, 2025

The check-in was very easy. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Everything was labeled and easily accessible. The entire house was spotless.

Very nice townhouse. Plenty of room. Well stocked kitchen. Very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was most pleasant. All amenities other than sheets were provided. The location was perfect. The pool was awesome.

The townhouse has a large dining room and spacious living room on the first floor. The townhouse is a mile from the beach. Great for early morning or evening walks. There is a community pool in the complex. There also is a playground at the park (that also has a farmer’s market during the week). There are very good restaurants and shops nearby. Overall it was fun and enjoyable week.

This was absolutely the best property we have ever stayed! You have thought of everything! We will be booking for next year!

Every year we go to Rehoboth for the Eagles first game of the season. We selected this house for its proximity to our favorite brewery Revelation, and a very short drive in town as well as restaurants on coastal highway. The house was very clean, the bedrooms were large, kitchen was fully stocked and the back patio over looking the small pond was very nice with coffee in the morning. Cheryl was very attentive to my text and when she couldn’t respond right away was very apologetic and addressed our questions. Great host!!We will absolutely look to book again next year.

Well equipped, comfortable beds and great convenient location

This was our second year in a row at this same place. We love the location because it’s close to the bike trail and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The 4 bedroom place is great for our extended family of six adults and two toddlers. We like relaxing by the pool and the back patio.

This property was perfect!

This was our first time staying in the Rehoboth Beach area, and Cheryl's property exceeded our expectations. It was clean, had very comfortable accomodations, and was located in a very nice area of town with easy access to the boardwalk/beach. Would highly recommend this property to any family looking for great vacation rental in Rehoboth Beach!

Our family really enjoyed this home. It has great walkable access to Rehoboth restaurants and the pool is a big plus. I would recommend this for families with young children.

The property was perfect for our 2024 Girls Trip. Myself, my daughters and granddaughters loved this place! The home had everything we needed. The manager was responsive when we had a question. The beach and park are close by too. Excellent!!

Amazing! Cheryl is so great to work with and her home is beautiful! The house had everything that was needed, with the exceptions of linens and towels. Short drive to the beach/boardwalk. The pool was a great bonus, too! It was nice to come back from a long day at the beach and relax around the pool. TONS of board games/puzzles are provided. Would 10/10 recommend staying here!

It’s obvious this home is well cared for and thoughtfully furnished. Everything was clean, organized, and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, but walkable to so much. We enjoyed our stay.
