It is not for a pontoon boat; it is only for boats such as a scout, Key West, skiffs, etc. You need at least 15 of water to get the boat off the lift because the bunks are 6, and the arms are another 5, and some extra water to get the boat off the bunks to float. Most boaters on the bay tend to time the tides, so they get it out as the tide begins to come in, are out all day with the high tide, and return when the tide changes. The second option is to remove the 12 ft bunkers and replace them with 5-6 ft arms ( 2 on each ) to have two jet ski lifts. Each lift handles lbs, so that you could put a pretty big jet ski on each one. This house is not pet-friendly and is non-smoking. Linens are not supplied. However, we do offer a rental package. Now you can lay back and enjoy the new 43 TV that has built-in Roku and includes free HBOMax, Hulu, and Peacock streaming services. Bring your passwords to use and watch Netflix, Apple TV, Disney+, and Prime. See the pictures I've updated to show these improvements. Just added for the 2022 season is a new coffee station that will brew a 12-cup pot or a single K-Cup of your favorite flavor from home. brbrWe enforce a strict non-smoking policy on the premises, including the lawn area. The trail is mostly crushed stone, except for the last 0.2 mile near Rehoboth, when it becomes asphalt. As it is well traveled by locals and tourists alike. You will be sharing the mostly flat route with bicyclists, walkers, runners, wheelchair users, and families with strollers and dogs.brbr-Grilling - This rental includes a gas grill. Grilling is only allowed in the common grassy area behind the home. A propane tank is provide but if the tank runs out of gas it is the guest responsibility to go to the home depot and exchange the empty propane tank for a full propane tank.
