The host was very welcoming. All amenities were in excellent condition. The place was exceptionally clean.

Paul’s place was absolutely wonderful for our entire group! The location is less than a 10 minute drive to the beach and downtown shopping. Parking was easy and inside the condo was great space for all of our party. It was extremely clean and organized for us to find everything we needed during our stay. We loved the decor of the place, made it feel very welcoming and comfortable. Highly recommend to stay here if you are visiting the area!

We had a great time --the venue was perfect for a family vacation with littles! Short car ride to beach, house fully equipped with everything you needed for the stay!! Would highly recommend !

We had a wonderful experience at the Sun of A Beach condo! The layout is awesome for families: each bedroom has an en-suite bath, and every space is well-stocked, including with a ton of toys, baby gates, and even brand-new-looking plastic utensils/dishes for kids (no beat-up kid supplies here!). The screened-in porch in the main level is handy for kids to play and bugs to stay out. The kitchen is immaculately labeled and organized, and one of the best-stocked rentals I have ever stayed in, from spices to cooking tools. Every inch is tastefully appointed and themed to the beach, so it is equally beautiful and functional. (And they did not skimp on high-quality rugs, curtains, couch, etc.) A good amount of beach/pool supplies are provided in the garage, as well, which is a handy space to rinse off and store beach/outdoor items away from living spaces. The location of the condo is hard to beat, as well: it is an end unit which backs up to a spacious lawn for kids to play while adults grill. The complex is very enclosed, safe, and quiet, and has a nice pool for breaks on a summer day to cool off. The proximity to the boardwalk and beach in Rehoboth is so easy (you can even take a service road home and avoid traffic). Nearby are great restaurants like Thompson Island Brewery and Iron Hill Brewery, both walking distance. There is even a CVS at the entrance to the complex for those last-minute needs. All-around an awesome experience!

We have stayed at many verbos and this space was even better in person. It was very clean, had everything you need! Not to mention how cute all the design was. The host was very communicative and that was great. We would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Paul’s. Easy check in and out. The home was decorated beautifully and with every amenity. The extra large tic-tac-toe board and Connect 6 were a hit with my 6-year grandchildren (and adults too)! I especially enjoyed having pods already there for the Keurig. We had an amazing stay at Sun of a Beach! When we booked this trip, I had recently stayed at another VRBO that left a lot to be desired and was feeling wary of my next choice. I had another place in Rehoboth in mind and decided to “splurge” on this recently listed property instead. I have absolutely zero regrets. I was traveling with my husbands sisters and kids as well my husband and kids, which included our 6 week old son. It was awesome that they had not just a pack and play but also a bassinet for him to sleep in. They also had an infant float in the garage and a high chair. The big kids loved the boogie boards in the garage. There were also beach chairs, a wagon, pool noodles, a beach umbrella, beach towels and more! The kitchen was also extremely well equipped with pots and pans, waffle maker and an air fryer! The kids also loved the TVs in the bedrooms, all the games and the connect 4. Some other things about the area - we love the Iron Well Brewery right by the house. We went there for dinner on Tuesday and it was so good we went back for dinner on Wednesday. The home is also very close to an outlet mall and a CVS. Thanks again for a magnificent stay!

This was an excellent get away. Everything was above expectations. The host had lots of information to navigate the area. Shopping, dinning and of course the beach was really close. When traffic was too bad the community pool became a great alternative. This offered a great get away and relaxation I needed to spend time with family.

Our family was so thankful for our stay at this townhome. Paul was an incredible host that was attentive to our needs, proactive with communication, and gave very specific details on how to make the most of our trip. Our family took the recommendations on dinner provided by Paul and they were delicious. Everything in the home was clean and so well organized that it made it so easy for us to settle in. There were also some incredible features especially for traveling with kiddos such as plates, cups, and cutlery especially for kiddos and baby gates to install on the stairs. The location was also awesome for shopping at the outlet malls while also getting to the beach in a matter of a few minutes. My husband and I also enjoyed the bikes and getting to take rides in the evening to explore. We are so thankful for our time at this townhome and hope we get to come back very soon.

Pictures cannot do justice to the elegance of this property nor can it highlight the level of professionalism and attention to detail the property manager Paul gave me and my family. He left no stone unturned and the townhome is beyond immaculate and accommodating. Definitely plan on staying here again when we visit Rehoboth Beach…which also was extremely enjoyable.
