Private Pool/Recently Built Downtown Rehoboth Beach 5BR

The house was in great condition and perfect for our needs for the weekend.

The property was in an amazing location. We short walk to shops, restaurants and beach! The house was very clean and nicely furnished. Loved the setup in the kitchen. A lot of things were provided such as cook ware and things needed for a home meal. Bathrooms were spacious and very clean. Would definitely return to this house if another opportunity presents itself. Property management company was very nice and informative.

Bad bead in master bedroom

This is a lovely modern house with a location that can't be beat! We had 6 adults and 5 kids ages 5-10 and it fit everyone comfortably. Tip - don't forget bathmats when you bring your linens, as none are provided. Biggest pros* Location* En suite bathrooms in every room* Big comfortable living room encouraged playing and hanging out* Good sized deep pool* Well stocked kitchen (if you're a baker, they even have a Kitchen Aid stand mixer and lots of baking dishes)* Thoughtful details like blankets and board games in the living room, extra cleaning and household supplies like handsoap and dishsoap* Lots of beach chairs and toys to borrow.Biggest cons * No dressers in the bedrooms so there was little space to put your clothes away (although large closets in every room)* No pantry or shelves for dry goods in the kitchen (although there are shelves around the corner near the washing machine)* A pretty significant ant issue (we brought this to ReMax's attention and they provided some spray but said it was just a normal part of life at the beach)* The way the house is set up, you can't see the pool from the house. This made it harder/more inconvenient to keep an eye on the kids from the house. * Very little sound insulation

Beautiful home that provides comfort and luxury for every bedroom. Completely updated. Close to shops and restaurants. About 3 blocks from the beach. Had everything you could want.

Great size home for our family of 9. Home was stocked with paper products - though we were told we needed to bring our own. Kitchen and eating area were nice. Distance from Rehoboth Ave and from beach was ideal. We would come back.

There were 9 of us in town for a race, both family and friends. Each bedroom had its own in-suite bathroom and there truly is nothing more grand than that!

House was beautiful and had everything we needed. Everything went well from check in to check out. The house had a lot more items than listed on the listing. Would definitely stay there again!

Great location - easy walking distance to beach, bars, and restaurants. Perfect layout for big groups.

It’s as if this house was made for a group of family/friends! Every room has its own bathroom which is a dream come true. Couple that with a great location, and we will definitely be back!

Loved the location…we were able to walk most of the time and used the car only a few times….nice to have a private bath and TV for each bedroom Only complaint was with cleaning service…..socks found under one bed, kitchen floor was not washed, crumbs found on top of bedspread in one of the bedrooms…. Would definitely stay here again!
