This place fell a little short in a few spots. One being that there was no prior conversations or anything written in the description that said contractors would be in and out of the property throughout the day. They weren't really a problem and we're friendly but I think it's important to state the place is shared with a bunch of people parking in the driveway and unloading tools in the backyard. Other than that hardly any lights worked, bulbs were burnt out, a dirty sponge was left on the kitchen sink for us. The carpets were heavily stained as well. The location was convenient though and truly if you're using it as just a place to sleep and shower it fulfilled that duty well. Close to the beach and easy access to all the local amenities.

The place was clean , convenient and pet friendly

The only issue we had was the grill was out of gas and it was resolved by the next morning after messaging the host. It also needed cleaning. Everything else was great. I would recommend this location. A quick drive gets you to either Rehoboth or Dewey Beach.

We have stayed at this rental back to back summers. It gives us a comfortable at home feel and is dog friendly! I can’t vacation without my dogs and this place is perfect. We have plenty of space and the area is so friendly. It’s the perfect place to walk your dogs. It’s also a perfect distance from everything we like to do on our beach vacation!

Overall the property was very spacious and a nice quiet neighborhood which I really liked

We’ve been visiting childhood friends for the last several years in Rehobeth. This house was the perfect location. Only five minutes from their place. So we really only stayed at the house to sleep and to bathe. The pictures don’t do it justice! This house is adorable. Definitely hoping it will be available once we decide on our dates for next year. We will be rebooking!

Had a great time at the property, easily accessible to all the great shopping and restaurant area. Very nice home with good supply of kitchen equipment. Quiet neighborhood.

House is bigger than looks on photos. Some things like grate on door could be cleaned better and could use a few more pieces of flatware. Yard could use some clean up mostly dirt, sticks and leaves.

We loved our stay plenty of room, bigger than expected!

Great central location between Rehobeth and Henlopen. Layout of the house was great for our family of five. We were in and out with ease.
